Fundeey is amazing! I've used it 4 times in the past 6 months. As a promoter, setting your event up is really simple, quick and flexible. As a customer the interface is easy to use and friendly. The fact that Fundeey charge lower fees than other platforms is great, but what is amazing is that they then donate 30p per sale to your chosen charity. Customer service is excellent - friendly, quick and efficient and goes above and beyond. There are lots of useful tools like gathering audience feedback on your behalf as well. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough!!

I have used Fundeey to both create events and also buy tickets.

When creating events the platform is very easy to use and the pricing structure is far better than any of its competitors. The way the charitable donation system works is incredible meaning that I was able to raise more money for my charitable cause than I would have using other platforms.

When buying tickets as well the process is very intuitive and makes it very easy to both buy the tickets and also give donations to the charitable causes chosen.

I have used Fundeey to attend a number of events and I have always found it user friendly, and the ticketing system has worked without fault. It is also cheaper than alternatives such as Eventbrite as it takes a lower level of commission, whilst performing the same function. I particularly like that a portion of every ticket sale is donated to charity, and better yet Fundeey makes it easy to pick the charity you want to donate to. I strongly recommend!

I used Fundeey to sell tickets to my event. Great communication and no issues faced. Questions were answered promptly by the support team. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re running a fundraiser!
