My expectations for customer service in the prop world are usually pretty low, mostly because youre used to waiting 48 hours for a copy pasted bot response. I had a weird issue with my KYC verification where my ID kept getting rejected, so I reached out to their team fully expecting to hear nothing back but instead, I got a reply from a real person named Sarah in less than fifteen minutes, and she actually told me exactly what was wrong with the photo instead of just sending me a link to the FAQ. She stayed on the chat until the manual review was done and I was fully verified and ready to go. That kind of personal touch is so rare these days and it honestly gave me the confidence to buy a second challenge. Its nice to know there are actually humans behind the screen who care about your experience.

Three months in and Ive already…
Three months in and Ive already processed two withdrawals without any issues. The first one had me nervous but the money hit my account exactly when they said it would. I appreciate that they dont have hidden fees or weird processing delays that eat into your profits. Trading is hard enough without worrying if youre actually going to get paid and these guys are professional and consistent.

Honestly, I thought I would have issues with the 80% profit split terms.
Turns out the payout process is way smoother than the last firm I used. Definitely worth the switch.
