I purchased the live account but I was not able to access to that .
Unfortunately, I sent request to access to my account by email and online chat several times but I did not receive any response.
Finally I asked pay pal to refund my money.
I am so disappointed by your service.This is not the first time that anyone does not respond to my request.

I passed phase 1 but they dont give my login in to phase 2 they are absolutely scammers

Passed my funded account and they refused to give me the login for it. Their customer service is horrible to. I advice you to get another prop firm

Ребят это полный скам. Правила игры меняются во время игры. Как такое возможно. Покупал первый аккаунт на 5к депо, ликвидировало на 4600 все как и было в условиях. Купил второй аккаунт, условия изначально были тебе, все было ок. Но во время прохождения, у меня забрали аккаунт на 4700 не где неуведомив что правила изменились. Я боюсь представить что было бы если бы дело дошло до выплаты! На платформе когда уже купил аккаунт и зашел в кабинет, в поддержку просто невозможно обратиться. Ее просто нет! Если кто то будет возбуждать уголовное дело на эту платформу. Прошу обратиться ко мне за заявлением.

They scam me by rejecting my payout, how can they say that im breaching the risk management on my instant funded account. They claim that there are no payout denials, but in fact they deny my payout, Plus they dont give me proof or any evidence that i breaching the risk rule, like tf. They said "Upon reviewing your recent XAUUSD trade placed on July 17, 2025, we’ve identified a breach of the risk management rules. This trade incurred a maximum drawdown of approximately $784.20" and there's no any proof from Ctrader, they just simply just said that... please guys dont get involve with this firm, they are scammer

I bought a challenge account that came with a free Instant Account.

The first warning I had and ignored was when I was about to checkout and tried to pay with 3 different bank and all failed due to company being flagged as scam.

I then asked if there's any other way to purchase as I had high hopes and ignored the red flags, also was blinded by their "No payout denial" and "100% payout guarantee", its all empty promises. CEO came in and helped with getting an account (the only time I had swift help from them) and ended up paying through manual transfer directly to CEO acc.

Fast forward a couple weeks later I had a $2800 profit on my instant account. Then I requested withdrawal (which took more than 1 week just to get reviewed) and got an email saying I breached the account (apparently I'm not the only one, there are also few other traders that had bigger payout and got breached for no reason, one of them got breached due to inactivity BECAUSE OF WAITING FOR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST UPDATE) My trade had a SL, everything in place (made the profit maybe because of slippage), but yet instead of practicing fairness for traders by cutting the profit, they decided to breach the account.

I still have the challenge account which I wont use anymore, better to let it go instead of losing time working hard to pass challenge, and get to payout only to get disappointed again by their lack of accountability & what seemed like a mismanaged company from my experience & point of view.

If you have read this review and still curious and want to go ahead and purchase from them, please at least go hang out at their discord, you will see the people trying to get a payout since 1-2 months (maybe even longer)

Don't get too easily deceived by the other payouts they made, seem enticing because it will look like they do pay, but from what I've seen and experienced, it seems like they dont pay more traders than they do. The company isn't even based in Dubai, its only registered there. Please please please be careful, there are a lot of other firms that will pay you without the hassle and lack of accountability that you will highly likely experience with this firm.

Commissions are very high as you open 0.50 Lot trades you are in 3.50 $ for commission and then buy and sell spread you will be in loss as you open trade

Hidden rule of “exposure”
They have a rule for hard breaching daily loss limit AND an “exposure” rule that runs off of 1.5% of your intraday trailing balance. This is extremely deceiving and unfair as it is being advertised as “EOD trailing” when in reality, it is absolutely not EOD trailing but INTRADAY TRAILING!!!!!!! They never tell you unless you request a payout so it’s an excuse to not pay after days weeks or even months of hard work. Wasted time and money. I will no longer be trading with them unless they get rid of that 1.5% exposure rule. You already have a hard breaching DLL. At least don’t advertise it as EOD trailing because regardless of staying above the DLL, you lose the account anyway if your trailing exposure dips below 1.5% at any point.

Update: They recently had a promotion for accounts with NO RULES other than the DLL and MLL. Will give a further update if anything changes or if I get paid.

Great trading platform and conditions. Spreads are better than anywhere else and executions are smooth, haven’t experienced much slippage at all. Team are helpful and Sam is always on hand to help out with queries which is good to see.

You could have warned me via email for violating the 2 minute limit, you could have warned me if the order was closed within 2 minutes after giving the SL, but you didn't. And you didn't even pay me $100 for my 10k account. You are now violating the rules by withholding $3900 for my 10k account.Why did you kick me out of the Discreet group? For telling the truth? For calling you a fraud?
I read your rules carefully when the entry was closed. I should have been warned initially but instead of doing so you have blocked my account and payment.

It’s currently the 30th Still no contact from their team regarding my refund for an account they cancelled on the 22nd! A refund should not take over a week especially when it’s their side at fault. No communication whatsoever from their team on the chat 👎

They don't pay and not clear with their trading rules. Don't get caught up by their discounts/promo.
