This prop firm has closed its website in the mid of my 2 challenges of 100k and I have passed both challenges but who should I contact cuz their website is down since 5 days and no contact available.. They are big scammers and eating ppl payments

Estafa

Compré un Challenge de una sola fase. Haciendo un 10.15% a la cuenta. Ahora me salen diciendo que perdí la prueba porque según ellos, superé el porcentaje antes de los 5 días mínimo de operación.

Estimado Trader, entendemos su frustración con el requisito mínimo de 5 días. Esta norma aparece claramente en los Términos del Challenge (Sección 3.1) y durante la compra. Aunque logró el objetivo de ganancias, todos los traders deben completar los días mínimos para demostrar consistencia. Contacte a support@fundedbullfx.com para conversar.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!

I purchased a 1k 2-step challenge and reached the profit target in the second phase about a week ago without breaching any rules. However, the dashboard has not updated, and the KYC process is still unavailable. It only says that I need to complete the challenge to unlock KYC submission.

I have been emailing the customer support team about this issue for a week but have not received a solution. Furthermore, I purchased the account about a month ago and have been actively trading on it since then, but the dashboard's performance analytics still hasn't updated. I cannot view my performance, and despite reaching out to support multiple times, I only receive responses saying they will check it, but nothing has been resolved.

DON'T BUY ANY CHALLENGE FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

YOU CANT EVEN TRACK YOUR PERFORMANCE IN THE DASHBOARD, KYC VERIFICATION TAKES YEARS TO GO THROUGH..
THEY TELL YOU IT WILLL TAKE 24-48 HRS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES BUT THEY DONT REALLY DO IT
BIG SCAMM....
