NEVER received items. Contact multiple times and was told they were enroute, then suddenly that they had been delivered 2 weeks ago?!

ZERO Customer support.
TOTALLY Fraudulent company... DO NOT USE!!!!!!

They took my money and didn't deliver the product.They didn't respond to my inquiry!!!Not good way to do business.

buyer beware, i bought some of this junk from this company, and it took forever to get here, and it wasn't as advertised, don't bur their junk

I got my order I spoke to a Representative and he was very polite and helpful I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Do not order from FULLOFSHIT the cameras don’t work, you can’t return anything, I’ve sent over 2 dozen emails with no response!!! Horrible experience from start to finish SCAM BEWARE

I finally got a response from Customer Service and they are working diligently to him, fulfill my request and address my concerns. They are a real company. The products do come as described. They just have a complicated process to receive a refund. I will change my review accordingly thanks again, full of carts.

I bought out of the ear earbuds and they can't work without an app. That Chinesse App requires access to all your messages, text, vocal, pictures.... this is modern day espionnage and I don't want to go through an app in order to active my earbuds and then play music throught another app. Piece of crap for the trash.

Do not respond to a pop up ad. This companyd isplays things that are not like what they send. They also do not respond to emails despite two requests for returns. I will be sending their return policy, email copies of my requests to my bank to dispute the charge. Wish I had checked for reviews first.

More than 40 says and the package never arrived… I have tried to contact them twice requesting about my order and I received an email saying the package would arrive soon and they never responded my email again. It’s a long time to wait for the package…

I seen a pop-up ad and maybe that's where I went wrong. The ad was for a giant sized gnome advent calendar. My mom loves gnomes so I had to get it for her. She received a small holiday advent calendar with zero gnomes. On the confirmation and receipt it specifically says gnome advent calendar, so I'm unsure why she received something so different. It came before December, but it still wasn't what I ordered. When I checked back on the site the calendar was not even available anymore like they never even sold it to begin with. 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I checked the reviews. Too many bad ones.

They advertise a "computer stand" showing a full size stand beside a cup of coffee for scale. I received a small stand appropriate for a tablet NOT a laptop. This is a scam.

Ordered and received mini kinetic heater, doesn't work. Emailed Fullofcarts for refund, no response

I just spent $24 on an item advertised as a writing pad with markers. On the commercial it shows a medium size clear pad that's supposed to erase with a rag. It doesn't erase well and the pad is half the size of an Apple iPad. The item is cheap plastic. I feel I was scammed.

Order was sent from China without delivery date to Calgary, Canada.
Presently order is sitting at airport Vancouver,Canada for close to two weeks. Customer service of fullof carts was contacted but no reply.

Great idea, terrible product. This is the most low budget thrown together book ever. The printing on the cover was not centered. The imagery on the front looked cheaply printed and pixelated and the wording in the book was improper English as though Asians wrote it or as though they tried to translate it to English and it just didn’t work. Thanks for making me look like an idiot.

I order a 24 in 1 Precision Screwdriver set.
I was charge $20.37 on this day of 12/09/2024, but I have not receive any email or any confirmation off purchased, text or the good that I order. I been requesting the money back if I’m not going to get the product with no luck.

I just ordered stuff and realise after 2 weeks when I didn’t receive my products and tried to contact the customer service via email as no phone# available and again tried after 4 weeks to reach out but no response. I spent $245 AUD and I’m still waiting for my goods.. My bad that I did not check the reviews before ordering and trusted blindly and now I am checking all the bad reviews. I learned the lesson hard way after reading these reviews & poor rating. Worst ever Customer Service. Tracking is just a joke, non-existent as I tried multiple times with unsuccessful outcome. My warning, please DO NOT BUY anything from this website.

I previously wrote a review because I did not receive what I ordered by the delivery date given. I ordered December 3, 2024 but what I ordered was received today, December 30, 2024. What I received was significantly smaller than the item on the picture so if a description of the item is provided (dimensions, etc.), please review it before ordering.

Faults advertising, I ordered their advent calendars 3 in the add a lady sits down beside a calendar and it's about 2 and a half feet tall and this calendar I suppose to have an elf in each day box. The lady show an small soft elf about 3 to 4 inched tall when I received the advent calendars the calendar measures 7 Inches by 8 Inches be 3 inches deep not 2 1/2 to 3 feet tall and in the first day of advent there was a plastic little 1 3/4 inch stocking not the soft 3 to 4 Inch elf. Tried to get a refund but couldn't get through and the advertisement was no longer playing.
