Medieval return policy

Medieval return policy

Charged to much to ship a very very small item then when it was the wrong part refused to refund the original shipping charge. Dispute it with your bank. Don’t deal with them. You’ll be better off on eBay.

Poor communication

Not very responsive to let me know they were out of stock of the listed item. Poor communication overall. Thankfully eBay stepped in so I can get my refund.

Stupid Me For Not Checking Thier Reputation

I should Have Done My Homework on this Place-
Later learning about all the Negative Feedback I found posted public regarding Full Compass..
Here's my Gripe with this place-

Order Number: SOC4392082
We ordered Mega Grid Brackets..
They Arrived a Bit Too Large..
We requested a Refund / We were issued a RMA#
Cost was $26.066
Full Compass Refused to provide a return label.
We were forced to Pay the return shipping back to Full Compass @ $16.00
-Today Nov 19 2020

I had asked them as to Why i had to Pay the Return Costs..
Their reply was ( Its The Customer's Responsibility )
I Would Like My Money Back!
Either way I will Most Definitely Share our Experience with All of our associates / friends.
