Order placed 7th August. Apparently despatched 18th August, after I emailed to ask where my item is.

Today is 8th September, a whole 32 days after I ordered it. 21 days since they apparently posted. I still don’t have my item. Charged for postage too. Not happy!

Their August 18th email blames Covid for delays, fair enough to a certain point, but they advised item sent that day complete with a tracking number.

Have placed at least 10 online orders in this time with other businesses, including items from overseas all other items have come. Can’t still be blaming Covid. Culture Kings delivered an order placed yesterday this morning!

No phone number to call and speak to someone.

Wish I had checked reviews before ordering 70% bad reviews says it all.

I ordered on the 10 off August it is now the 8 off September still have not received my parcel I wouldn't recommend byeing anything from this company

It took about a week to get used to-- I wear my posture corrector while sitting at my desk typing. It's eased my shoulder pain by about 80%, now I hate to sit down at the computer without it. I have already recommended it to friends who complain of neck pain while working at their desks.

Don’t answer emails, don’t hold stock in Australia so everything comes from suppliers usually overseas.

Awesome product..have the whole set to use while recovering from major back injury..bit of a gym junkie 💪🦵so i as you can imagine i was shattered...using the pads has been grt to upkeep my tone & that helps my mental state.....cheers guys, love your work 👌

The face mask has more led lights than most, but none over the nose area, which is disappointing. It’s very heavy which makes it uncomfortable.

None of the items i purchased have arrived

Great product; very reasonably priced - have been using it. (Due to covid there was delay in delivery but arrived in a sturdy box which keeps mask safe) Love it. Highly recommend.

Order was placed 30th July - last communication from Full Body was on that date - where they advised they would notify when item was ready for shipping.

Over 3 weeks no communication - despite several emails from us asking for delivery expectations..... even though the website says they will answer emails in 2 - 3 days. No emails were ever answered.

Item arrived - with no communication that it was coming, on 27th August.

There was no packaging, no instructions, just the item in a plastic bag.

Very disappointed, item is not as displayed.

Product is ok. Took forever to receive item.

Took forever to get here and I had to keep chasing up. The hand held cleaner had no instructions so you had to guess how to use it and the LED mask had a power pack but no plug hole easily visible on the mask itself. Big fat waste of money on both counts!

Have not received my item and it still hasn’t been sent

Mask arrived in good time, everything works well, have only used a few times so excited to see results in a couple of weeks..

Received a dispatch update and no issues with communication.
Delivery is expected to take up to 3 weeks due to the current climate. Be patient.
