Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Their website says they will ship your item that day if ordered before 3 pm. They did not ship my item even though I ordered it at 6pm the night before and I had been in communication with them. No apology or reason for this. My daughter’s Christmas present will not arrive in time. Wish I did not trust this company and had bought through another company instead.

Poor product
There were no instructions as to how to use the pore vacuum. I was pretty disappointed when I was purchasing this because of the good reviews. This product doesn’t work. It is faulty and hard to use.

No response from customer service
No response from customer service. Made a purchase a couple of weeks ago and it still showing as "order received" they haven't even sent it and won't respond to any messages. Their website states "immediate response" so I sent a message, that was three days ago. Terrible company.

Works well but is difficult to put on alone. The bottom of the centre bit keeps curling inwards and is uncomfortable. Doesnt chafe my shoulders though.

the quality of the products are not good. specially the life time. it’s only last for two weeks. I changed gel then it stopped working.
I guess just have to keep buying the new one.
