We reached out to Fuelled after a recommendation and instantly felt like we had found the right insurance partner. As a small business owner, insurance has always felt like a bit of a chaotic place, but the team made it simple and gave me the confidence that we had the right cover in place. They've also been super responsive to our changing needs and understand what it means to be a growing, purpose driven business. It’s rare you get to be enthused by insurance, it’s boring, expensive and generally just not a joyful chore. Except when I dealt with Fuelled. Now, you might say this is because they were cheaper than the other quotes I’d got, but that’s only part of the story. Hollie, who I dealt with, was exceptional at both explaining why things were as they were, the best way to tailor the quote and was ultimately really on the ball (I got a quote at just after midnight as she was ‘running behind’). I’ll go as far as to say that if you don’t buy insurance from Fuelled, you’ve probably made a mistake.

Great at what they do, insurance is usually a frustrating experience to deal with, at Fuelled, they talked me through everything and I understood why they needed certain bits of information. I have real peace of mind, that if anything were to go wrong, I have the correct cover to sleep well at night, and that's what I need from my insurance provider!

Honestly, I can't say I've given many (any?) insurers 5 stars on Trustpilot but the Fuelled team are simply above and beyond.

I've been in business for over 10 years now and never had an insurer as good as them. Not only are they incredibly human, and attentive, but they're also no jargon and straight to the point. Policies and best prices. Also a cool brand and people who truly understand the startup space.
