FSMbikes.com no shipment, refund took months
Update:
FSMbikes provided the refund after months of back and forth. Their website still shows the part as being 'on stock'. I guess selling parts is not their main business and they are just totally not setup for this, nor customer communication.

In December 2024, I place an order for a 250 euro bike part. After 1 month, the part was not delivered and I reached out for a status update. On the positive, I did get a reply to my email. The negative is that I am now 6 months and 14 emails further and no part, no refund, just false claims that either the part would be shipped or the refund is underway.
