Köpte licens för 3 stycken och tydligen så hade jag ett konto med 1 licens sedan tidigare, så jag ville självklart ha samma startdatum och slutdatum på alla mina 3 apparater. Dom klarar tydligen inte av att ordna detta för mig, så jag bad dom återbetala vad det kostade så jag kunde kontakta en leverantör som bryr sig om sina kunder. Nu har dom även slutat att svara på mina mail, så jag blir väl blåst på 1600:-

Wat een slecht bedrijf, ik gebruik safe online van Ziggo en dat is een product van Fsecure nu ging er iets fout tussen een nieuwere versie van Firefox toen werkt fsecure niet goed mee bij Ziggo konden ze me helaas niet helpen alleen doorgeven aan Fsecure dus dacht ik ik neem zelf opok contact op met Fsecure ik heb toen nog nooit zo'n bedrijf gezien die kon liegen dat ze barsten.
Het product was niet van hun en wilde verder niet helpen als zij nou vertelde dat ik eerst contact met Ziggo moest opnemen zou ik mij het kunnen voorstellen maar waarom liegen als hij eerlijk was had hij mij voor een simpele vraag ook even kunnen helpen daarom zal ik ook nooit een produkt van hun kopen
