Don’t waste your time ! they never delivered your order on time and they canceled the order without me even knowing and offer nothing in return ! total joke and no one in customer service speaks good english !

They said they would email a confirmation when the product was delivered - they did not. When I tracked the order it stated it was delivered by a local shop - it was not. After several calls, emails and online chats, they stated that they didnt have the product, nor did they have shop that could provide it. So they basically admitted that it was never delivered yet they posted on line that it had been and they charged my credit card. Total SCAM Will NEVER order from them again and advise no else to either!

Horrible experience! I was trying to send my sister who just had surgery a fruit bouquet. The order was placed on 6/1 and was to be delivered on 6/2. It was delivered to the wrong place. Completely wrong state! So talked to a rep, made sure address was correct, and was going to be delivered on 6/3. They literally did the same thing again!! Talked to a rep again and the offered to send again but not until Monday. At this point I just wanted my money back because this little bouquet was expensive. They refused to refund me. Terrible customer service!! Now I seriously doubt it will even get there on Monday. I will never use this company for anything again!

Waste of energy and time,they took my money but ever showed up for delivery…..I requested a full refund and they say it’s going to take a week……NEVER AGAIN

The only reason why I even placed 1 star is because otherwise I wouldn’t even be able to write this review, simply saying how unprofessional this company is, placed a special & DETAILED order that simply a 6 year old could’ve followed & made it happen yet these so called professionals could not. They failed at calling me , calling the recipient , following any instructions , they failed at verifying that the recipient was whom they claimed to be , Royal disaster. My 15 year old could’ve done it better. I will never , not even if they held the last flower on this planet , place an order even less recommend them to go & RUIN YET ANOTHER SURPRISE for someone.

If I could give ths company a 0 stars I would. My husband sent me the Sweet Love Story bouquet for our anniversary. The cantelope was hard , the strawberries were tastelss and the pineapple was hard and unripe. I was totally disgusted and the chocolate candy tastes old. This was very dsappointing, My husban thought he had ordered from edible arrangements and cant understand how he was refirected to flowers.com ruined what coulve beed a beautiful surprise

My order was never delivered. I tried calling and Chat and I keep getting cut off. I finally just decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. I read all the bad reviews too late. I'll never order from 1800Flowers.com or Fruitbouquets.com. They have the worst service and customer service.
