MR COOL DIY IS THE BEST.
Great service and excellent unit. I've had for about a year now and the performance has been flawless. It was a diy installation and I didn't have any problems. I will absolutely purchase this same unit if I ever need one again. Extremely satisfied Mr Baker.

Overall satisfaction was excellant. Unit was very easy to install, works very well and is super quiet with one exception. The unit I purchased required a 40 amp service and the line input block was not designed to fit the size wire needed.

Great service crappy bracket
Let me just say that the service I received was excellent you called to verify that I was ordering the right product before shipping. It was a nice touch. So having said that I was disappointed with the wall mount bracket that I ordered for my Mr Cool mini split. I was originally going to fabricate my own but figured for the $150 ish dollars I would buy the bracket that was made for my system. It is not however designed well. The part is made from stamped steel which isn’t a deal breaker until is found that the full weight of the 27K unit is pivoting on a 1/4” diameter bolt compounded by leverage over the length of the arm. In addition the support is narrower in width by about 1” than the base mounts of the condenser. This means the rubber isolators do not really sit on the brackets and are pulled up into the empty space under the units feet. The weight of the unit on the brackets was so great that the adjusters used for leveling the unit ran out of travel before the unit could be leveled. I ended up adding a temporary support structure under the unit to both level and stabilize the condenser. I will be fabricating a aluminum stand that will address all the problems with this “bracket” and remove it from service. I do have pictures if you would like me to send them. I am happy with the heat pump system although I haven’t run it much so far. You did provide excellent service in getting the product to me. But the bracket was a loss for me.

Alex was awesome. I threw him so many curveballs and order changes and he still got it all correct. Double checked all to make sure I was right . During shipping he was very helpful and accurate. Appreciate them and will only order they cool-minisplits in the future. Appreciate all the personal attention to detail and following up .
