Thanks for the 5-star review David. Really appreciate it. Weather is turning now so that ¼ zip will be useful. Its one of my favourite pieces. Its already out ready for tomorrows away day. I ordered a coat on the 11th of March…
I ordered a coat on the 11th of March which I have still not received.
I have called, emailed, left voicemails and texts, with everything being ignored and no correspondence back whatsoever.
I ordered this as a present for my fiance's birthday in March.
I have requested a refund and for the coat to be sent out again over and over, no response from anyone regarding this.
I have been fair and understanding, however it has got to the point where it is just taking the mic and us customers, should be receiving a much better service than this.
I have made a formal complaint against the company as what has happened, it is a breach under the consumer rights act.
The service and treatment I have received from this company is disgraceful.

I wanted to apologise for the lack of response you received from the brand a few months back.
Chris, who ran everything himself, had to cease trading for a period of time due to personal reasons. I’ve just switched the Shopify store back on again in the background and saw your messages.
Ive recently joined FTT and I’m helping Chris get this great brand back up and running again so I wanted to get in touch and say sorry for the issues you had last time.
I can see you got a refund for the purchase you made but by way of apology I wanted to offer you something a little extra and also make the apology public. I’ve sent you a private message with further details.
We are looking to get the brand back up and running and website will be going live again soon.
We will be delivering custom made products to market faster than before so hopefully we can regain your trust.

Disappointing
It was my first purchase but regrettably the quality of the t shirt was really poor. It was described as white but was actually off-white / grey. Fabric quality was poor with no care labelling.

Excellent clobber, absolutely fantastic quality. Very very happy with what I ordered.
Had a slight issue with delivery but after a quick email, Chris went out of his way to put it right by going above and beyond, exceeding all expectations. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great quality items of clothing, however delivery was slower than advertised. Communication was initially good but a promised follow-up on my order didn't happen.
