Bed took weeks to arrive. My dog loved it at first but it was short lived. The first time I washed the removable (and supposedly washable) cover, the wrap around zipper fell apart making the cover unusable and the bed nothing more than a pile of pillows. Customer service refused to replace or take any responsibility. It was a total waste of money.

Poor quality and even worse customer service. Dog bed was rolled up in a ball. Cant get the dog bed filling to unclamped. Product is terrible. You know is bad when neither one of my dogs will lay down on it. Do not do business with these people!!!

Do not buy from this company. It is now over 6 weeks and we have not received our order. We have asked for a refund no less than 5 times and they continue to ignore us.

I ordered (2) 2XL beds from them and it took a month and two nasty emails to get one of the beds. They never responded to my emails or sent me updated tracking. The second one is still showing pre-shipment and it's been almost 30 days!!! This company is rip off and should be shut down! PLEASE DO NOT order from them no matter how much off because you won't get your product! BEWARE!

This company is stealing images and descriptions from small companies on Etsy and trying to pass them off as their own. I ordered a handmade woven wool cat bed and didn't ever receive it, so I cannot comment on the quality, but after 11 days and no shipping confirmation, I asked them where it was and they canceled my order. It looks as though Pay Pal has started the refund process, so I am glad to get my money back. In the meantime, I had looked on Etsy for similar products and found the real owner of the images, who they had ripped off. My guess is that they are using the high quality images from high quality products and then sending inferior products or none at all. They even put up a seemingly fake "about us" page with a most likely a fake stock image couple. The company seems to be in Walnut, CA., but the Pay Pal information was in China.

I ordered an XL pet bed from this company on 11/9/20 for $50.25. The website and order confirmation noted a delivery date of 10 business days. I contacted From Hooman on 11/19 to inquire about the status of my order. They replied with a tracking number and said that due to COVID, shipping delays were expected. When I researched the tracking #, I found that only a label had been created on 11/19! There is no evidence that anything is being shipped. I researched the vendor and found that this company has an F rating with the BBB and also very bad reviews on Trust Pilot (under From Hooman & AbbySpace - new name). I contacted From Hooman again and filed a complaint via email and asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund. I keep getting the run around. They keep saying to be patient and that my "baby" will soon have their bed. If anyone else has a similar situation (there are total of 201 negative complaints file for From Hooman and AbbySpace), please contact me. This company is a sham and they need to be held accountable for these practices.
12/7/2020 Update: After 3 attempts to request a refund and an order cancellation request and getting no where with this company, I contacted my bank and opened a debit card dispute and was issued a credit. I let From Hooman know that I had taken this action and again requested no shipment. The order arrived last week from Hong Kong and there is no way to return it. The size and quality of the bed is consistent with the poor reviews. The XL bed would fit a small poodle which is misleading from the ads which shows a large labrador sitting on it with extra room. My dog is a 35b mini golden doodle and she hangs off of it. Not sure how this qualifies as a "calming bed".

This is the new abbyspace per bed. They are from Hong Kong and just as horrible. Thin and a waste of money. They offer a 20% refund. Then want you to return to Hong Kong. Don’t buy, bad reviews at abbyspace and bbb.
