Review from event held on 18th October - Advance HE
Helpful friendly staff and overall great experience, could not fault the room and staff. My only criticism would be the quality of food. Sandwiches were very cold. Assume they have been left in the fridge for a while? This caused the sandwiches to be a bit soggy. Would be nice if the sides could be hot to break up the cold buffet.

Found the facilities congenial, but we're a smallish charity so cannot afford the recent increase in rental charges, going forward.

Generally excellent
The location is excellent, and easy to find. the room was set up as per instructions and fitted our requirements exactly. We had excellent service from Caio on the day and he was helpful with anything extra we needed. We only had one problem with the catering, which is why we have not given the full 5 stars.

Lovely venue
The venue is lovely. It was great to have such professional support on the day.
For improvement: more proactive communication/hand holding in the planning; it wasn't always easy to find out what I needed as a rookie organiser, so not knowing what to ask for or tell you.

Friend's House made the booking experience and the event on the day simple and enjoyable. The room was fully prepared and we were talked through all processes and facilities onsite.

The room and food was fine - however technical issues caused problems
The room and food was fine. However we had several technical problems linking our Macbook to the screen and had to call the technician 3 times during our conference event which detracted from the excellence of our event .
