I received a used Roller Wheel for my refrigerator despite paying for a brand new one. Furthermore it turned out to be incompatible and of no use to me. It was waste of money.

When I tell you I wasted HOURS looking for a spare part for my older model fridge I mean HOURS. i even purchased it elsewhere only for my order to be cancelled and a generic “ sorry we no longer stock this “ email from the supplier. But when I finally asked Tom for help he promised he wouldn’t give
up until he found me a part that would work. He spent so much time getting measurements and searching for me - not only did he hook me up with what I finally needed he was an absolute dead set legend who made it his mission to help me. THANKS TOM

Thomas Bridge sent me an ice tray that was so cracked that he taped it up before sending it to me. It was greasy with the glue used. It still leaked.
I requested a refund immediately based on Tom email in which he told me with the statement that the part is not of the quality advertised and that he would send me a good tray once he received one. He told me he had already sent it. Based on other reviews this follows a pattern. He had another tray that he asserted was in good condition, but wanted me to pay for it. Eventually my dispute through VISA was successful and I received a full refund. However, prior to receiving the refund, Thomas Bridge had phoned me and told me that he would pay the refund, send me a new tray for free, and pay for the return postage of the product. He didn't send me a new tray and has not paid for the return postage.
Update:
I have now received a tray in good condition.

Ordered a fridge handle online based on the photographs on website. Handle arrived and was very scratched and looked terrible - unusable for me. Emailed twice regarding a return and got silence.

I was sent a link by Westinghouse to these guys to replace a broken crisper drawer in my fridge. The product when it arrived was not refurbished but absolute rubbish! No sliders on the drawer, just ragged sharp edges. Tried emailing on 3 occasions and even tried their on line chat! Absolutely no responses!! $295 for a product with zero value! Don’t touch these guys!!!
