I got this product when it was first release on crowdfunding. I never got the chance to install as the home I purchased it for was not built. Now that I am finally trying to install, the app no longer works. What a scam.
And to top it off, even though their servers and email are offline, they still have a website to sell you.
App does not work. They stopped supporting the Friday lock and turned off the login server, so you can’t use the app anymore. Making the lock useless. I tried writing their support, but they dont respond. The company is dead it seems. Dont buy the friday lock, or any newer locks from this company.
I've got this lock month ago, never worked! Unable to get in touch with customer service, I've been completely ingnored, absolutly no responsr from customer service. DON'T RECOMMENT THIS PRODUCT!
Risposta di FRIDAY
Hi Orsolay.
We are very sorry you had this experience.
The Lock you have purchased has been discontinued since spring 2021 and has not been available in any shops over the past year. We no longer support or update any features on the old UNO locks.
Is it possible for you to tell me where you got this product from?
All the best
Team FRIDAY
