I like the simplicity to create a deal
I like the simplicity to create a deal, add my contact from gmail, and set task+reminder and notes. This simple crm have so much potentiel, if your team want to improve it, got alot of ideas, and still keep it simple.

CRM необходимый и достаточный
Использую FRI CRM уже несколько лет. Пожалуй это та система, которая мне подходит. При малом потоке клиентов функций бесплатной версии более чем достаточно. В последнее время начал использовать разные воронки, теги, обмен контактами с google, интеграцию с календарем google. И этот опыт мне нравится.
