Amazing people and amazing company
The reason why this compan provides an excellent srevice is because of its people. It looks like that all the advisors are amazing, efficient and really nice people to deal with. There are many names to mention but the ones to refer here are Aron and especially Weronika Golebiewska, who is a reall asset to the company. She is vert understanding, supportive and hardworking.

I’m appreciative that fresh start helped me when I got into financial difficulty however they pay my creditors less than their fee they take

That said, we understand your concern about the fees and how your payments are distributed. Our fees are always outlined clearly at the start of your plan and are designed to cover the ongoing management of your account, including negotiating with creditors, dealing with correspondence, and providing continued support throughout. We will never take more from you for a management fee than what is being distributed to your creditors. After a quick check of your account, I can see that the bulk of your monthly payment (75%) is being distributed to your creditors from each payment you make.
If you’d like a detailed breakdown of how your payments have been allocated or want to review your plan, we’d be happy to go through this with you. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help.

Fantastic people to help you with out of control debits fresh start have been a gods end I’m nearly clear of debit without them on my side I wouldn’t be where I am today.
