I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Gail from Freshfield Mortgages. Gail was recommended through a friend of a friend. I found her to be friendly, easy to talk to and very professional. Gail has give me some really good advice and I look forward to dealing with her again in the very near future.

I have used the services of Freshfields over the past 10 years and every time we work together they really do excel! My recent engagement was with Alison Doran who consistently went out of her way often working longs days and into the night to ensure I got the right product for my next move. She made me feel so at ease throughout the process and it was a pleasure to be looked after by her. All areas of service exceed five star level from Alison, Roy and Gerri at Freshfield and I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

On both occasions I have used Gail she went above and beyond to ensure the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently despite her having to chase me on more than one occasion!

Recently used Gail Bailey at Freshfield and could not be happier. We were very specific in the type and clauses of the mortgage we wanted and Gail presented a number of options with one being the perfect match for us.
