Exceptional tooth brush
Great tooth brush. I have gum disease for 15 years and I feel this toothbrush is a game changer. It massages my gums really good and cleans exceptionally well. I can highly recommend this. toothbrush.

The package was so badly packed it…
The package was so badly packed it opened durig transport and when I took it from the locker, most of contets of the package were left in the locker and it locked so I ended up paying 25 euro for one toothpaste. Toothpaste is quite good, but the whole expirience is terrible.

That said, we always take responsibility for helping our customers resolve situations like this and work closely with our logistics partners to investigate and improve such cases.
Please send us an email at info@fresh32.eu with a short description of what happened (and any order details you have). Once we receive it, we’ll immediately start the reclamation process with the carrier and arrange for replacement products to be sent to you.

Ščetko bi priporočala
Ščetko uporabljam dober teden. Iskala sem alternativo med Cutaprox ščetko in električno ščetko. Malce nenavaden občutek oz. zvok pri ščetkanju, ki pa se ga bom navadila. Videti je, da se ščetine ne bodo razpršele ampak ohranile obliko. Čutim, da so moji zobje po čiščenju bolj gladki, torej bolj čisti.

Material in delovanje sta res drugačna od klasičnih ščetk, a večina uporabnikov se tega hitro navadi. Nekaj kaj je bolj prijetno in učinkovito se hitro navadimo 😊
Veseli nas, da opažate, da ščetine ohranjajo obliko in da so zobje po ščetkanju bolj gladki. To je dober znak, da čiščenje poteka učinkovito, a hkrati nežno. Če boste imeli še kakšno vprašanje ali boste želeli dodatne napotke, smo vam vedno na voljo 💙
Kovinski ročaj
Ščetine zobne ščetke so sicer prijetne, vendar je pa ročaj kovinski. Praktično je nemogoče, da se s to kovino ne bi naslonil na zobe, med tem ko si jih umivas. To je za moje pojme velik -, saj si s tem ročajem lahko piskodujes sklenino!

Razumemo vašo skrb glede kovinskega ročaja. Ročaj je zasnovan z namenom boljše kontrole in stabilnosti pri ščetkanju, njegova teža pa pomaga zmanjšati potrebo po močnem pritisku na zobe in dlesni.
Pri pravilni tehniki ščetkanja se ročaj praviloma ne dotika zob. Pomembna sta umirjen gib in nadzor, podobno kot pri katerikoli drugi zobni ščetki, tudi plastični.
Seveda razumemo, da izdelek ni za vsakogar in zelo cenimo, da ste si vzeli čas ter delili svojo izkušnjo. Če želite, vam z veseljem pošljemo tudi dodatne napotke za lažjo in varno uporabo 💙
