I ordered on June 10th some sauna accessories. After more than a week, the order had not shipped. I received two automated emails saying my inquiry would be answered within 24 hours, but no one responded. The listed customer service phone number was never answered. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. A dispute was also successfully filed with my credit card company. Do not order from this company. They are a total scam with no intention of shipping or the actual existence of the product.

Ordered a jarrah honey worth 100 francs, got a cheap supplement from spain instead. They tried to convince me to keep it for a voucher, i insisted i wanted my money. After threatening to sue they agreed to refund me but i didnt get the money yet. Will report it to the bank and to the police so they cannot sell in Switzerland

This company is a complete SCAM!! They bilked me out of over $250.00 for a pair of specialized tweezers that were never sent to me. This problem was never resolved after 23 email messages and between myself and the company from placing order in February to now mid April 2026. What I now have is a pair of normal tweezers and the company even admitted that they the order was incorrect and said they would resend, but gave me a FedEx tracking number that never leaves the station. Emails are not responded to. Please, please, please do not order anything from this company. They use the leaf FreshCart logo, but are scammers!! That is why I placed the order to begin with because I thought they were reputable. I will no longer order anything from FreshCart and will report them to as many agencies as I can!!

I bought what i believe was in Australia, 4 weeks later no shipping information, i opened a dispute with my bank against my credit card payment. Well the next day it suddenly shows as shipped but hmm its not in Australia its supposedly coming from france. Now the phone calls and the emails ... saying .... see we shipped please cancel dispute ............. pftt i say SCAM

This company is a scam. I ordered a product from them. When the product arrived, it was somewhat similar to what I ordered but still a significantly different product. The customer service team argued back and forth for days trying to convince me to keep the product even though it was not the product I ordered and did not want. I had to send them photos comparing what was advertised on their website versus what was actually delivered. I may have to file a credit card dispute because they refuse to facilitate a return and refund.

Only place I could find the item I wanted and coming from overseas was quicker than I expected!

Absolutely the worst to deal with customer service was ok at first, however I noticed when I kept trying to address the issue of half my order worth over $150 AUD missing they asked me go provide proof, to which I provided proof of the box that could fit half then said they would get back to me.

That was 5 days ago, mind you for a whole month I’ve been chasing them where is my order, got sent to wrong shipping country…. In the end moral of the story

now looking at the review left by customers i only regret not looking before i plad an order with this company. in short, the order was lost, reissued, came only in part, now the missing part " is out of stock", trying to get a refund out of these people. all in all 3 months so far. i highly recommend to block this site and never buy anything here.

I would not give this company any stars at all. I ordered vine leaves which took months to arrive and when it did it was out of date . They then said they would replace it but the replacement never arrived so they confirmed I would get a refund. No refund came. They then said my case is closed . It was lie after lie after lie. Do not use this company . They are a scam.

Do not use this company, I repeat do not use this company. I bought to items, took ages. They sent one item, and updated the tracking and said it was delivered. Then I wrote them an email and an AI bot sent a msg saying " check with the neighbours " although it was sent as one package. This site is a scam. Do not waste your moneu

I've ordered from them twice. First item took 4 weeks to get to me (not a large or difficult item to ship). Second item I waited 2 weeks without any contact/updates from them before I reached out. Turned out they hadn't even processed, never mind shipped, my item during that time. It's worth rather to pay more and find a different company than use Fresh Cart.

I ordered over $300 worth of edible cake paint to make my niece's wedding cake and they never arrived. No follow-up, no nothing. The wedding was nearly 2 weeks ago, which was extremely disappointing. I will never be buying anything from this site again, and I suspect that as others have said before me, it is a scam

I ordered an portable oxygen machine on their website and paid almost 5 weeks ago. Their customer service just says they are investigating with the logistics company. I have treathened them and asked full refund, and they just say no sorry its already shipped. But thats just it, it has not been shipped. No progress and a lot of money lost! I will report them on every platform tomorrow and ask by bank to investigate.

I think this is a scam too. I wrote twice and it keeps saying your order is getting there but it has been a month already but nothing. I requested for refund but their reply was your order has left already.

Ordered via the .au website, paid $$ some 9 days ago, order received and then advised it had been shipped a few days later.
Then I received a really dodgy looking email addressed to Dear Customer (they don’t have my name?!!) saying “
“Your order is currently on hold with the courier partner as they need further details to deliver the package. May I please request you to share a complete address with state name and alternate contact number, email address, and contact name, who would be available to collect the package. “
Now, ALL of that information has already been supplied when the order was placed. What is an ‘alternate contact numer’ and Ipaid for shipping already, NOT collection.
Tried to contact them via Chat on their website - the bot promised to put someone on who could help me. Hello? After waiting half an hour, tried again. Same result.
Tried telephoning. They tell you they are busy and will get back to you if you lose details. That was some days ago, zilch response.
Will NEVER use this company again! This kind of stuffing around just isn’t worth it.
Update: some days later and not a single response received to my emails and phone messages.
Scam, scam, scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

Can confirm 100% a scam. I never recieved my order, they kept saying it was delivered, and with no proof refused to refund.

I tend to agree this is likely a scam. I've been waiting way too long for my order with no updates, no communication. Be smart and stay clear away.

I was looking to bulk order a product that should cost a few dollars per unit and saw that Freshcart had what I wanted for a discount of approx $70 vs a normal price of $130. But it said it was for 1 unit. So I wrote to them to ask how many units I would get for $70 and they stated 200. So I placed my order and what did I get? 1 unit. Had to send photos, chase and then push customer service pretty hard to get a resolution. They get 1 star for giving a refund but I really wanted the bulk quantity. What a waste of time!

Ordered back in January…. Still no product, no refund… this place is a scam
