Total Disappointment do not buy! I am a lover of cherries and chocolate
I am a lover of cherries and chocolate, I ordered a box of the "Cherry Dream" which is advertised on your website as at least having glace cherries, there are ever large cherries pictured on the box, only to find there are absolutely no cherries to be found in the any of the chocolate pieces and moreover cherries are not even mentioned in the ingredients. The chocolate does not even taste of cherries, it just tastes of crumbly biscuit. Falsely advertised and complete and total disappointment, a clear rip off!

We have recently updated our nutritional label to include the glace cherry product, which I can assure you, is in the product. As this is handmade, there can be a chance that the contents vary, and so that you can enjoy our chocolate as intended, we’d like to send you another box for your enjoyment. Please contact us directly on 9418 1666 to arrange.
We’d also be happy to have you visit our local retail shop and factory located south of the river if you are ever down this way, so you can sample our other award-winning products made at our small business.

You should include tax in the price not add it afterwards, that is the way Americans do it and Austria does not want to go down that path.

Yummy chocolate!
I had a small bar of Fremantle chocolate in a Christmas hamper and liked it so much that I ordered lots more! It arrived promptly and the customer service is great.

I would’ve liked to be able to include a gift card or gift message. That did not seem possible. I asked to have package delivered between 2/9 and 2/13 and it arrived on 2/8.

We now have an area where Customers can personalise their order with a note and we have a two step process to make sure we are not missing important information like delivery details.
