Benoit is amazing! Simple. The greatest stress of owning a second home in France is navigating all the registrations and taxes. I thought the Notaire would take care of most things. They don’t (or mine didn’t).
I found Benoit through a local Facebook group (we are in Morzine) recommendation.
He has set up all French tax accounts, direct debits. Tax space (IMPOTS) and also all the property registration certificates.
He’s also answered follow up questions and advised on other matters that involve various bureaucratic hurdles.
