It was wonderful being advised by two of your agents, Victoria Chavasse and Lesley Okey, who finally clinched our purchase of a lovely house in Athis val de Rouvre, where we hope to move in soon and live a wonderful old age. Lesley assisted us every step pf the way with great patience and a professional and also warm assistance. Many thanks indeed!

Tuyen is both personable and pleasant to deal with, as well as being diligent and professional. As non-French native speakers she made our house sale a reassuring process, with attention to detail and regular communication. Highly recommend.

We are delighted with our fabulous agent, Tuyen Scherer! From the moment of the first contact with Leggett she has been attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely caring in her approach. She did not hesitate to meet us for the first viewing even though it was a slightly inconvenient time late on a Saturday afternoon. This helped us enormously as we were travelling from the UK. We instantly felt a warm connection with her. She was able to tell us full details about the property and the area. This resulted in us buying the first French property that we have ever viewed! Sadly I have to leave a one star review, to say my wife and I were led down the garden path is an understatement, I would welcome you to ask Rita Bryan to forward the email correspondence on property A32695RBR50 to yourself and let you decide, after a few weeks of close contact I was assured that nothing would happen with the property until we had viewed it, we took three days out from the U.K. to look at the area, offered the full asking price the same day of viewing, only to be advised that the person who placed an offer below the asking price had put up their offer, how very odd all in around six hours on a Friday afternoon.

We have just sold our French home through Leggett and our agent Laure Anne LEBLANC has been fantastic throughout. She is a french speaker and has excellent command of both written and spoken english. She has been charming, helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. We can highly recommend her. Thank you Laure Anne! (Mayenne Sarthe border)

It was a great experience working with Nicholas Evans. Everything was super easy and flawless - from beginning to end. Nick explained all details clearly and thoroughly, and was always willing to explain again, and responded to my questions promptly. All official and legal procedures were always handled on time. The agency worked with an English speaking notaire, which makes things much easier for non-French speakers. I was very happy and satisfied.

I thought it would be really hard to sell a house located in France from the US where I live. I dreaded the whole process and even put it off far longer than I should have.
I couldn't believe my luck when I met Nick Evans from Leggett. Everyone should have such a warm and helpful realtor.
Nick made everything step of the way smooth and easy. I was a small customer but I never felt treated as such. Nick helped me from knowing who to call or hire for the various tests that I had to get done to getting signatures and payments made from the US to France (sometimes a little tricky). He answered every email quickly and I was never left wondering what was going on. And besides all of that, Nick even helped me with personal arrangements for packing and storing my belongs at a time when it was difficult for me to come to France. This help went far beyond the call of duty.
I think of him as a friend.

I don't normally leave reviews but we have had such an amazing and positive experience with Leggett Immobilier I felt compelled to share our experience. We dealt with Daniela De Vito and she went above and beyond all our expectations in the sale of our land in Tremolat. She organised many site visits for surveys, dealt with the Mairie and legal teams and basically did all the leg work for us to ensure our land and ruin was potentially marketable before finding us a buyer. She did absolutely everything for us without us having to step on French soil (we are UK residents). She also maintained contact with us every step of the way - after every viewing, providing feedback, all in a speedy manner. Having secured us a buyer she and Leggett took care of all the legal issues, and even after completion when our funds were not released she personally got involved to try and hurry up the situation. She was honestly a total professional and made the whole process stress free - no mean feat when we were in another country. 5 stars in every aspect to Daniela and Leggett Immobilier.

We have just purchased a house in France with leggett immobilier. Our agent Rita O'Brien was absolutely fantastic. She took time to explain all the different procedures and documents. She was attentive, and professional at all times. She helped us to arrange our bills, bank account and took us to see the mayor. She gave us a guided tour of the area and sights and really went above and beyond her professional duties to make us feel welcome in the community. From beginning to end our experience of selling our chalet in Saint Martin de Belleville through Emma Horsfall at Legett was smooth, hassle-free and calm. She achieved our asking price (well, within a fraction) and made us feel that we were in good hands. Which we were! We cannot recommend her too highly.
