Perfect for my whole family
Me and my family have been using the chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and plain powders for over a year.
The kids love their chocolate and cacao hot chocolates and I use the plain in their pancakes too. I also consistently have the plain powder in my morning coffee and my husband starts the day with either the strawberry or vanilla in his smoothie.
I recommend the powders and broths to all my clients in my clinic. Brilliant company, can’t fault.

Got the vanilla flavour collagen…
Got the vanilla flavour collagen protein blend. Tastes really good without a hint of broth flavour. Was going to use it to add to my morning coffee but it tastes so good, I just have it on its own.
Highly recommended.

PRICE INCREASE & NOW A 20% SMALLER PACKET
I'm just starting to run out of the £70 of instant chicken & beef (4 x 15g) sachets per box.
It certainly wasn't cheap. Now I find they have put their prices up and reduced the contents BY 20% to 12g.
So wont be buying anymore unless they send me a coupon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand why the change in sachet size may have caused some concern, and we’d like to reassure you that the price of our Instant Bone Broth has actually gone down, not up.
The change from 15g to 12g per sachet was made following customer feedback and extensive testing. Since launching Instant Bone Broth, two of the most common comments we received were that customers would love to see the price come down and that a full 15g sachet can make the flavour a little too strong for a standard mug of broth.
We tested a number of different serving sizes and found that 12g provides the ideal amount for a mug of bone broth or a bowl of soup, while still delivering the same great taste and experience our customers expect.
By making this adjustment, we’ve also been able to reduce the price to just £4.99 per box, making Instant Bone Broth more affordable while better matching how most customers use it day to day.
We hope this helps explain the change, and we’re sorry if the new sizing and pricing weren’t clear. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch 😊

Disappointing
Always loved the cartons fantastic product, thought I would try the concentrated version. It's nothing like the cartons doesn't give you that warming feeling and really salty. Really gutted and doesn't even taste like bone broth. Very watery and can only taste salt nothing else. I've nearly finished jar hoping it would grow on me sadly its a no from me .

Freja Bone Broth! Well what can i say, an excellent online experience with this great company. Excellent customer support from Evie, such a wonderful and kind person. I purchased a product which if I’m honest, wasn’t for me. So I contacted customer support and the response that i got was amazing! I got a full refund, no questions asked but was also allowed to keep the product without return to share with friends who may find the product to their liking. I was also advised and had a different product recommended which would suit me more. A totally pleasant experience with Freja and thanks once again to the marvellous Evie.

Wonderful Freja
I already purchase Freja from Holland and Barrett but this time I ordered directly from the website. As I wanted a few accessories, There was something I had missed off my order and Evie from customer service was just do efficient and incredible.
She sorted it when she could and in no time. It realy helped me as I’m a busy mumma and trying to look after myself at the same time.
I totally recommend Freja bone broth, it can be pricey at times so I do bulk buy to bring the cost down in the long run, but I feel the health benefits are important for my growing family and cooking with them has made such a lovely difference In Taste and all round goodness.
I also have a cup of instant bone broth when I’ve feeling a little run down which really helps me.
all in all I think they are wonderful. I’m still yet to receive the protein collagen shakes but I’m trusting they will be worth it and worth the investment.

Huge fan
Huge fan of the collagen protein blends. They are the only ‘protein shake’ that I’ve ever found that I don’t hate the taste. My favourites are the chocolate and the strawberry although I’ve just ordered the chai which I’m very excited to try. I’ve been consistently losing weight over the last few months (after having a baby) and I credit a huge amount of this to starting each day with one of these shakes.
I just had an issue with the website and my subscription, so messaged the customer service who were wonderful. They got back to me very quickly, were incredibly friendly and fixed the problem for me straight away. Couldn’t have asked for more!

You're right that the recipe has changed. We made the decision to simplify the ingredients by removing sunflower lecithin and increasing the amount of bone broth, which naturally boosts the collagen, protein and amino acid content in every serve.
We understand that while many customers appreciate the nutritional improvements, changes to a much-loved product won't suit everyone's taste or texture preferences. We genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience, and your feedback will be passed on to our product team.
