As a broker my time is money and marketing brings me money. I didn't have the time so I brought in the experts. Freight genie is a top class company in my books, not only do they do it all for you but they teach you to be better at sale and marketing in this industry. I can't believe what I've learned this year.

I was concerned about my reputation. Sending so many emails. Freight Genie did tell me that we were going to rub some people the wrong way but they could just opt out. Well for every negative response we got 10 positive responses and lots of quotes and loads moved. I understand that email marketing is probably the best thing you can do in the business and I am now overjoyed with the amount opportunities that have come in.

Freight Genie has been an amazing partner for us! they don't just set appointment they actually dig into pre-call research so we're never walking into a meeting blind. they handle all the follow-ups, which is a huge relief. We're also learning a ton about sales and marketing from them.

I have grown better over time as well in sales due to their help, sitting in the 23 appointments they have booked for my brokerage so far. Looking forward to more!

We've only started with Freight Genie but we have to say the strategy they built to scale our brokerage is very very good. The onboarding process, I'd give 5 stars here alone.

My brokerage is becoming known by shippers in my region! This is what I was looking for. Their process is working. I can see it coming together.

They did what they said they were going to do. They freed up my sales reps time them just focus on closing the deals they brought to us. The switch from our sales reps doing all the calls emails and their operations to just focusing probably increased on total revenue by over 50%

We are a Canadian based brokerage only doing intra canada. Freight Genie over-exceeded our expectations, they found clients we could go meet in person and we were able to close them. Totally recommend.

We are a freight forwarder specialize in LTL and parcel freight expedited on the west coast so we wanted to make sure we weren't getting leads that don't match this, and not waste our budget. Freight Genie's staff assured us they could find any shipper anywhere since they have a big data base. So Far so good. We are able to close a mediumsized LTL with warehousing deal that more than paid for our investment already.

Freight Genie is a Complete acquisition model, I can't believe how night and day its been for my company. We're not struggling anymore for new business, and the team is accountable and responsive.

Being a franchise owner and in the industry for 10 years I have always had operations come naturally however where we struggle is getting new business. Freight Genie helped me create a sales plan for my business over 6 months. Its month 3 and it already feels like mountains are moving. We have had 15 successful calls with shippers who exactly have a need for what we do. Freight Genie's targeted approach is WORKING! I finally feel like we can scale this business after years trial and error.

We started off bad I knew I had a very niche based business, but in the end we made enough to continue using their service. Would recommend.

I'm SMH at some of these one stars. Don't get me wrong spam is spam, but I know from working with this company that they have a whole system in place to avoid spamming. I can only speak to our results and what i can say is they are producing shippers who are exactly the kind we want to do business with. Recommend to anyone who hates doing it all themselves.

We had our own house in sales team and subscription software. It cost us 5 figures to run every month. Since working with Freight genie. We've actually been able to produce over 3.3 times more meetings and totally eliminate a bunch of subscriptions.

I would have given 5 stars but I am still in early stages of using freight genie. I will gladly update my review in a couple months. I decided to work with FG to help my new Brokerage grow. I am very impressed with the amount of contacts, meetings and leads they have generated for me. I really like the feedback they gave me to help gain new shippers. They consistently check in, as long as your actively doing your part with communication and putting in effort. It's a no brainer. The overall cost is well worth it as I consider it to be an investment in my growing business.

Freight Gene has been a top partner in helping us grow our brokerage. The team of marketers callers AI consistently brings us shippers with volume which is all we've asked for. Just keep open communication with them that helped us over some early speedbumps. Overall I would recommend 100%

They are fraudulent vendors that has rendered services from us and chargebacked over $25,000 in charges. I would stay away from remotely being in business with them.

Unethical business practices that doesn't deserve as single dollar in business!

To give you some context:

They became our customer sometime last year, and has brought in their customer accounts to service meetings with AI. All is well for first few months, and they continued to upgrade.

When we work with a network of customers like that, we don't promise number of meetings per customer (their customer) as we don't control what they sell, but as a whole how many meetings we get them as a business as they buy #of mailboxes for engagement.

After using up all the data, and us delivering promised meetings (cumulative across all the accounts), they issued a charge back for $25k over 3-4 months where they could've simply paused their campaigns. But they wanted to abuse our service and chargeback.

It has created a massive damage to us as we lost a lot of money out of their incompetent customer promises/practices.

We are a small fleet of 10 trucks, focusing on truckload in a small area on the east coast. Since we started using Freight Genie, we’ve confidently expanded our fleet to 14. They consistently bring in quality shippers for the lanes we service (which are not that many), and we’ve even been able to get back hauls from tough places. Freight Genie has become a top partner in our expansion.

I work at a large multinational trucking company headquartered in the US and Mexico, specializing in cross-border moves, customs brokering, and customs bonded warehousing. Freight Genie has been instrumental in helping us find shippers and 3PLs who not only needed these services but had real logistics problems we could solve.
Currently, we’re in discussions with a multinational shipper to handle hundreds of loads a month across the CAN-US-MEX lanes for contracted rates, and we have many more promising prospects in the pipeline. We never knew finding new business beyond referrals could be this smooth. Def recommend!
