Everything was great, UNTIL they failed to mention the broker fee of 200$!! Where anywhere do you pay that much for someone to open insurance for you! Before you go or call them look at the Jerry App, it does the same thing they did for 50$, thanks Sabrina Ramirez for making this a bad experience

Grace was very helpful
Grace was very helpful. She found me the best liability quote for my truck and the best full coverage quote for my husband's truck. And we also have home owners insurance. Very nice and informative. Made me feel crazy for not shopping with them when I first needed affordable insurance.

Auriana Freeway
My auto insurance representative. They were very patient with me and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or confused, which I really appreciated.
They stayed on top of everything and were quick to respond whenever I had questions. It made the whole process smooth and a lot less stressful than I expected.

If I could give a minus star I would
If I could give a minus star I would! Worst broker I’ve ever dealt with with(Magdalena Vertiz). They lied regarding the amount you need to pay. Customer service, just like the brokers they lied. And all they can say is mam did you read your paperwork before signing. I had to write a complaint to California department of insurances. Please before signing anything make sure you negotiate the broker fee. That’s where they take advantage. It’s not that they found some better deal they lower the broker fee. They don’t care if they send you to collection.

SCAMMERS
If you want to get scamed contact them they will charge 200 dlls just for getting insurance and at they end they lie to you about the service you get with that insurance
