Vivian Tran was absolutely incredible
Vivian Tran was absolutely incredible. After a number of hearing aid companies and countless sets of aids. A decent outcome I was never able to achieve.
Through Vivian and Freedom Hearing. I have finally got the results I have been chasing. The hearing aids are exceptional. The TV Streamer and desk multi system also great.
I now know that the Freedom hearing aids are great quality.
Still what makes the experience so great was, Vivian’s personal attention and extreme knowledge. Which made the whole process easy and enjoyable. With a great outcome.
Thank you Vivian and Freedom for giving me the gift of hearing my grandchildren’s voices and a new life. Away from my old silent world.

5 Calls still unable to talk to anyone
I have rung this firm 5 times over the last couple of days. The message comes on saying they are unable to take this call leave your details and we will phone back. I have been waiting 5 days/5 Calls5 for this to happen-still no call-Received personal apology-Happy with that

I attended Freedom Hearing in Gawler on…
I attended Freedom Hearing in Gawler on the 29th May 2026 to be fitted for new Hearing Aids. The fit out, settings, charging and use of the Hearing Aids was very well explained. Cindy Nickle was friendly, helpful and professional in providing me with all required information. I have been using my new Hearing Aids and have noticed significant improvement in lowering the volume and hearing all conversations on all TV programs.

The whole process from testing to fitting was seamless, I have only had the hearing aids for a day and with the expert instructions I received have had no issues at all they are more comfortable and effective than I thought possible
