Hi Patrick ,
We're sorry you felt your experience with our Company wasn't a good one, price increases can happen, and are mostly out of our control if interest rates, funding, or manufacturers make changes, however, any change to the price would have to be communicated to you prior to signing the legal documents. We are authorised and registered by the Financial Conduct Authority and adhere to the rules and regulations without deviation, therefore we are keen to discuss your individual case, and would invite you to contact us directly at sales@freedomcontracts.com with your concerns. We look forward to hearing from you .

I’ve bought two leases from Freedom
I’ve bought two leases from Freedom. Both times they played the oldest trick in the book by quoting one price, then changing the price on the contract by £5 more per month. Not even 1 week had passed. The first time I picked it up.. the second time I didn’t pick it up until the first payment was made. I raised it with them, even though I provided evidence of misinformation they insisted that because I signed the contract I had to pay the extra. Very sly business moves and for this reason I would not lease a car through them again. Even though the lead up to the purchase was good. I have told ALL my friends and family not to buy here.

Hi Kirstie, we can see that you have edited your review, we would love to discuss your concerns directly, we are confident that we have acted entirely appropriately with the pricing and documentation relating to your agreement, which we outlined in our communication during December 2022, some of the comments you are making are simply not accurate and are defamatory of our business. We have invited you to raise an official complaint with us directly, but to date we have no correspondence from you. We would be happy to address any point of your experience with you, and again invite you to let us have your complaint in writing, for ease we have attached our complaints policy: https://freedomcontracts.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Complaints-Procedure-2019-Version.pdf. We look forward to hearing from you.
