Freddy's always has the best prices and quick delivery

Being Asked to do a review when I am Still waiting on items to arrive. 3 weeks and still waiting.

The process was easy to navigate, the item I purchased is beautiful and couldn't be happier with it

I wish I could give a MINUS STAR RATING for their customer service.

I purchased a 10 person tent from them and on the first night I had it up installed it got collapsed from the wind and WE END UP SLEEPING IN THE CAR WITH 2 KIDS RIGHT IN WINTER TIME.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WE COULD HAVE AS OUR FIRST FAMILY CAMPING NIGHT IN AUSTRALIA!

Second morning, very early, the park ranger picked up the broken tent so our evidence for refund has gone.

We had our friends as witness but still Freddys Fishing & Outdoors refused to provide refund under any circumstances.

I WON'T RECOMMEND OZTRAIL TENTS TO ANYONE AS THEY ARE VERY FLIMZY !

Service and communication was great, unfortunately the sleeping bag was covered in white stuff, the inside liner of the bag cover has started flaking...

The actual swag itself is amazing easy to set up and pack up. And the fly over is perfect can keep the 2 top meshes open for ventilation no issues with the swag itself.
But the mattress is useless I’ve have been away camping for 5 days now and I’ve been sleeping on the floor. Never been able to expand it, had it laying outside for 3 days before I’ve left and never got any bigger. I’ve now had to go spend 200 bucks on a new mattress so I am able to sleep comfortably without discomfort.

Bought a shimano Spheros SW 3000 and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Best price online with fast dispatch and delivery. Will be looking for the next bargain at Freddy’s!

Freddy's regularly mislead with some of their sales.

Their relevant sales claim all items reduced with exceptions, which is fine, but the exceptions are incorrect. The exceptions nominate Japanese Daiwa made products as exclusions (should be mostly high-end reels like Saltiga, Certate, Exist, Airity, etc.) but several of the Daiwa rods which are made in China are excluded also (e.g. Commander, Battler, probably others).

I have advised them of the error and asked them to either correct their advertising to stop misleading customers (or alternatively, to reduce the non-Japanese items) but they have not responded despite numerous attempts.

Extremely disappointing and frankly concerning behaviour. Actively distrust them at this point.

Kept us informed as to delivery details. Easy to order. Great customer service.

Quick delivery. Great product

The delivery time was quick but I’m not that happy about having to sign for it.i wasn’t at home when my parcel arrived. My small parcel could have been left in the letterbox and instead I had to drive 50km round trip to pick it up .

It was so easy to order on line and I got free delivery. The price was great and I recieved the goods in a couple of days in great condition and as advertised. Thanks Freddy.
