The service is wonderful. They are very helpful and give facts and clarity. The one creditor keeps telling untruths but Franklinlegal still keeps it honest with me and i appreciate that.

After my last review of this company I received a response from them asking me to call to try and resolve this issue. I did call them back and there was no attempt to resolve anything. They just wanted to explain what happened. The money was in my account to resolve these creditors and they just did not do it as promised. BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING WITH THEM. Always check other options.

The lady that helped me out (Shannon) Was very polite and respectful and she answered my questions that I asked her and she was a very sweet down to earth lady. And the Company has been very good!

Great customer service
Every time I have called the company, they are always polite and professional. They always listen to what I have to say and are so helpful in getting my issues resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with any financial issues.
