Packaged beautifully. I think it's a bit overpriced but on sale more in line. Delivery time is good. I do have a pair of Eamon pants where the pockets in the back have let go in spots.

Patrick shirt big ripoff
I bought the Patrick Henley shirt last summer and wish I hadn’t. Has gotten all stretched out and looks like a bag. Impossible to get stains out, and the collar tips have turned yellow. Big rip off, very expensive.

Disappointed
So disappointed in the customer service. I get nothing from them through email but an automated response. The return and exchange process was very difficult to navigate. After reading the other reviews, my fingers are crossed that I will receive my exchange. BTW, I have called their customer service number numerous time but am never able to talk with a person. Considering the prices they charge, one would assume they would have better service. I really like their clothing but will not recommend to others that they should order from them. Very sad.

Slow shipping, overpriced and nonexistent customer service. Returns are lost, and no one seems to care. The passive aggressive emojois from customer service don't help either.

NO RETURN AVAILABILITY
This company provides a site for returns that does not work! Instead they push you to purchase something else with your "credit". I have send them 3 emails without any response and I have called them but you cannot reach a person. Left a message and nobody has contacted me. As I see in the reviews, others have had the same experience. Very shady. And I have spent over $2,000 on them... Don't buy!

Customer Service is very much below par.
I ordered a casual track suit for my holidays. I placed the order beginning of September as my vacation was 9th Oct. By the 7th Oct the order hadn’t arrived and I emailed them to cancel the order as I was leaving the country. There was no response to my Email.
I returned home to discover the parcel had been thrown over my electric gates and had lain in sodden leaves and torrential rain for 12 days. A family of worms had taken shelter under the parcel and a centipede too. The garments were destroyed.The courier would not deal with the complaint, told me to contact the Sender and it took 6 emails for them to respond to me. They did refund the money, eventually, but the annoyance and stress the entire experience caused me was simply awful.
I couldn’t in good faith recommend this company.

This is a very bad site
This is a very bad site, don't buy from them! I have recently bought a pair of trousers from them, the quality was very bad, the worst thing is I can do returns as they guaranteed, the return site doesn't work, I have sent them emails and tried to call but no replies! Really bad!!
