I started buying Fanka clothing 3 or 4 years ago for my workouts (gym, Pilates, running, hiking, etc.). They are comfortable, good quality, durable and the leggings stay in place! They also offer the level of compression I was looking for when I train.
Processed sale for delivery and took payment. Then came back saying couldn’t deliver it for price quoted and paid. Took more than 5 months to get a refund. They do not do what they say they will do.
I purchased a long sleeve top and resistant band leggings. The top was great and had the amount of compression I was looking for. The leggings were tight in the waist and loose in the legs. Customer support was responsive and asked for my measurements and gave me recommendations for an exchange. Although I did not ultimately choose their alternative, I did chose a pair that I hope will be what I am looking for.. I was sent a return label, dropped them off at UPS and received notice that my alternative is on its way.
I love their products. They are very comfortable and provide the right level of compression. I have ordered multiple times and the company provides timely shipping and tracking updates.
I made a purchase on line close to 4 weeks ago and paid over $100 but have not had delivery of my item yet. I’ve emailed, text, sent messages numerous time but never had any replies.
I cannot find any contact number to speak to a person. I don’t know what to do. I’m so upset.

I ordered a pair of leggings...the quality of the fabric and workmanship was very nice. They just didn't fit me well. Customer service was excellent, sending me a free shipping label to return and a prompt refund. They were very professional.
Excellent customer service! My package had missing idioms that were clearly taken as the bag had been open and taped back closed. Customer service responded in less then 24 hours, and resent what was missing. I'm very happy.
