From the moment we contacted James at Framemaster we were treated promptly, courteously and professionally.

Our installation was for some fairly large Patio Doors - 8m x 2.4m and 4m x 2.4m - each made up of 3 sliding sections. The doors were manufactured by Reynaer and Framemaster were recommended to us by their UK office.

Once the doors were specified and ordered, Framemasters surveyor, Jon measured up and liaised with our builder to ensure there were no hidden surprises on installation. We were very pleased when Jon himself turned up to supervise the team of 4 fitters.

The fitting of the doors, together with 2 windows and 3 rooflights was completed in 1 day. All the fitters were extremely professional, hard working and polite and worked through with very little break.

The finished result is superb, attention to detail was excellent and the doors can be moved with one finger. We were consulted at all stages of the installation as to our preferences. Our builder is very impressed.

We will certainly be recommending Framemaster to anyone we know with a requirement for windows or doors.

The dealings with Framemaster was very clear and always accurate.

My house being treated with care and the product being installed as described.

I have to say all the above were met, and in fact surpassed as they were happy to refit the door bell and external letterbox with no hassle or even mention of extra charge.

The management have put together a very good team and I wish them all the best going forward in 2016.

What a fantastic installation we are so so happy, we couldnt beliieve how quick it all went together and we never had any down time on site.

Our previous experience of building an extension was builders turning up unannounced or not at all which meant long periods of mess and disruption. This was not the case with Framemaster the job went like clock work and always kept us informed all of the way.

We had a 7m x 4m construction built and it was all completed within 4-5 weeks. WOW !!!

We were so happy with the new extension I know for a fact two of our neighbours have already been in contact for a similar product and hopefully you win the work.

We had all our windows replaced in the summer and they have totally transformed our cottage. James and the team did a great job getting everything together and the fitters were lovely guys , who worked really hard and a pleasure to have around. The finish is superb and we couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend framemaster and will come back next year for our bi folding doors.

Right from the beginning, I was given clear guidance and recommendations on products based on what my requirements were when drawing up the contract. The team listened to me and advised accordingly.
The installation team were conscientious, friendly but unobtrusive and endeavoured to keep the place tidy. Their work stood up to close inspection. Also, when issues arose, they were resolved - although some issues took a little longer to resolve than they should have done. All in all we were very happy with the service that Framemaster provided - so much so we've used them on our other house and will use them again in the future!

framemaster did our entire house whilst we were away on holiday, rooms looked like they hadn't been disturbed at all. Perfect, would recommend framemaster to my friends and family with no hesitation. Perfect

I had my windows installed just over 9 years a go and recently I telephoned Framemaster for a service call and they came out and rectified. I expected to pay at least a call out charge but Framemaster did this free of charge, I wouldn't have expected this for a job over 9 years old, I will definitely be recomending Framemaster.

We have now used Framemaster 3 times as we have extended and changed our house. They are responsive, professional, their installers have done really good jobs, and the windows are great! Its one of the only places that do older looking window handles instead of the boring fake brass/white ones you get with pretty much all windows today!

Also the options on the windows are really good, we have a mock tudor house and the white window/black frames look amazing!

The staff came out discussed ideas and gave us great advice about design etc. the windows look fantastic and everyone comments on how nice our bay window is in the living room - Thanku! I would highly recommend 👍

An absolutely brilliant service - quick and easy and all the mess cleared away. We have used Framemaster before because they never let you down and are very reasonably priced.

Very pleased with our Orangery extension. Standard of finish was excellent.
The buiild was carried out in appauling weather conditions which caused some delay and a few minor build issues which were corrected promptly.

Being in the building industry myself enabled me to watch over the build with a more keen eye that the average layman.

Tradesmen were polite, efficient and carried out their works diligently whilst working inside and around our property.

Based on my experience I would be happy to recommend them for similar projects

We found Framemaster to be an excellent choice for our new windows and doors. No regrets.

Had quotes from Various companies. Framemaster weren't the cheapest but as we changed our minds on the roof system a few times, Larry was very accomodating.
We can only say how pleased we are with the finished room. Had an old polycarbonate roof. The new roof is well insulated, quite and really great quality. The new conservatory is now a room we can use all year, not blazing hot in summer or cold in winter.The attention to detail from the Framemaster team is really great and they can't do enough for you. They are spot on !!
Would recommend Framemaster over anyone else

I wanted to support local companies when replacing our windows so I went to Framemaster and 2 other companies in the Solihull area. I was initially impressed with the knowledge and friendly staff in the family run showroom. The other companies I went to were either closed half day or too busy to see me.

Within the week our house had been surveyed and plans drawn up. We went back to the showroom the following weekend and was presented the styles and colours. Within an hour, we made the easy decision and placed the order.

4 weeks later (due to our family holiday), the windows were fitted within 2 days to the highest standard. Even the fitters were as friendly and helpful as the showroom staff.

Our neighbour has just ordered a conservatory on the back of our recommendation and they are over the moon too.

When unsure whether the investment in a conservatory was right for myself and my property, I found FrameMaster very professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. They addressed all my concerns in a polite, up front and open manner allowing me to choose the most suitable product for my home.

This level of professionalism extended to the employees who undertook the construction of the conservatory as it was fitted professionally, on time and to budget.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone.
