Placed order and received email confirmation then nothing. Emailed asking for update after a few weeks and got standard reply saying they'd reply but didn't. Then I emailed and cancelled the order and said I wanted a refund and again got a standard reply. Few days later I get an email saying order is on its way. Finally turned up 2 days after Christmas when I'd already purchased a replacement elsewhere Terrible communication and overpriced, much cheaper in shops. Definitely won't order from them again.

I ordered an item from Fragrance by Sabrina on 4 December. On the same date the money was taken from my account. I have now emailed four times asking where my oder is and apart from an auto generated email stating ‘your email is important to us’ I have not heard anything. This is appalling customer service.
