I placed an order for 3 items but got tracking numbers for two of them. They were delivered fast and all is good. I noticed that my order is marked as complete and closed. I did try contacting the company via the chat and via e-mails twice and both time I got a reply that the third item is shipped and I'll get it soon. I asked for it's tracking number and got no answer. Now I gave up but will never use this company nor will recommend ordering more than one item.

Fragrance was as expected, and a good price. Shipping was fast. I will order this fragrance again (it's really beautiful.)

They had the discontinued scent I wanted and the shipping was right on time with a great product. would use their website again for sure.

There were two glitches in the on-line ordering form but both purchases were credited to my card, so I decided to try again. I used a different method of paying and it worked. I like my products as I have not been able to find them anywhere else. The first two attempts were with Goodle Pay. Perhaps this has been a problem with other clients?

Was way overpriced, took almost a month to arrive and it wasn’t even sealed like they said it would be. Very disappointing experience and will not be purchasing from them again.

Even though my parcel came from US I was pleased it actually didn’t take that long. And customer service was really good

could be more prompt in declaring order has been shipped., other companies beating you out by a day - like bloomingdales. also. some samples would help. otherwise - pretty solid. try to find a way to make ecperience unique and personal.

When I spoke with the representative about my order he was very accommodating. My order arrived when he said he would. I tried other merchants to purchase these products but they were not available.
