I bought a Fractal Refine chair and, after only around 20 days of use, it developed a creaking noise when rotating.
I contacted Fractal Design support, explained the issue and provided the requested information and a video. Their response was excellent from the beginning: communication was quick, friendly and professional, and they arranged for replacement parts to be sent to me without any hassle.
The parts have now arrived and everything is perfect. The whole situation was handled exactly as good customer support should be.
Problems can happen with any product, but the way a company deals with them makes all the difference. In this case, Fractal Design provided an excellent after-sales service.
Very satisfied with both the chair and the support. 5 stars!

I had a missing connector/adapter for a set of fans I'd bought, and wasn't able to source this from vendors or on used market. Fractal Design's support in helping was fantastic in all respects (cheers Tim!), a very refreshing experience in a time when accessing customer service and getting issues resolved with most companies is a battle at best and often fruitless and frustrating. If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would. Thanks Fractal, you rock!

Recently purchased the Fractal headset, but unfortunately due to the recent heat, the glue has been wearing off in the 1st couple of months for the sponge and mesh of the headset, which is very unfortunate.
Despite not having my original receipt or packaging, via the personal code and some further personal details, the team was able to track my purchase and provide with Free replacement as it was stil under warranty, although it's awkward to reach out to the customer service team, once you do, it's a smooth transaction. 3 stars for awkward and hidden method to reach customer service and for having a product of that price tag, wear off so easily in the 1st few months of wear, outside of that, it's an excellent product and customer service is great once you reach them.

Flawless customer service - had an issue which required a part from the supplier and I was immediately sent the necessary part without question. Will be using this brand for my builds in future.

Lodged a ticket about an issue with my scape headset, got a real reply within 24hrs where I was told a replacement part would be shipped as soon as they where available. A week or so later I get an email saying the part had been sent. I literally sent one email with any information, 3 if you count simple replies, and got replacement parts without having to answer a single follow up question. Easily the best customer service experience I've ever had.

Nach etlichen Jahren tat es der On/Off-Switch meines Core500-Cube-Gehäuses nicht mehr und ich bestellte diesen letzte Woche als Ersatzteil. Leider konnte ich den geforderten Kaufbeleg nicht mehr beibringen. In einer Mail an den in Hamburg ansässigen Service für D/A/CH teilte ich mein Unverständnis über die Forderung des Kaufbelegs mit - für eine ET-Bestellung sollten doch wohl Modell, Typ und Seriennummer reichen. In sehr freundlichen Worten erläuterte man mir (am Wochenende spät abends!) die Hintergründe - die internationale Firmenstruktur mache den Verkauf von Ersatzteilen aus steuerlichen und rechtlichen Gründen derzeit sehr schwierig und man arbeite mit Hochdruck an einem zentralen Erstzteil-Onlineshop.
Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: Heute fand ich ein komplettes In/Out-Panel bestens verpackt im Briefkasten, aus Schweden. Ohne Berechnung. Das ist entschieden mehr als ich erwarten konnte. Zusammenfassend stelle ich fest - ein besserer Service geht nicht. Meine Hochachtung!

Probably the best customer service in Sweden (The World?) Quick to reply, helpful, and reliable.

On top of that their products are great, I highly recommend choosing Fractal Design over anything else if you have the option.

Had a small issue with a panel gap on my new case - I just sent a photo and the next business day a new replacement front panel is already on its way. Quick and hassle-free customer support experience.

The rest of the case has great build quality, as expected from Fractal. It's great to see a company stand behind its products and immediately remedy any build quality issues with a replacement part so quickly.

机箱上的io挡板坏了，因为是在日本买的，抱着试一试的感觉联系了官方客服。结果官方没有任何犹豫，居然真的寄了一个过来。寄的时候以为会发到付，毕竟一个替换件可能价格没运费贵，结果也没有收费。非常满意的服务。

Had issues with a headset defect and customer service was very easy to deal with. They sent a replacement part without issues.

I accidentaly brokey PC case's acrylic glas window. Contacted Fractal whether they could offer me a replacement.

Instead they offered me to send one to me for free if I could provide them with the original invoice of the case.

After sending them the invoice, I received a new window from Fractal about a week later.

That's the best support I could have hoped for!

I have bought 2 of thier cases (Define r3 and r6) and one of thier PSU's Ion 750w. I had two small issues with my r6 and each time Fractal went above and beyond. That and they actually like to hear when users have modded thier cases :-)

J'ai un boitier fracral design define mini c depuis maintenant 9 ans et j'en suis très satisfait. Il est silencieux et bien fini. Je mets cet avis aussi longtemps après car mon bouton power a commencé à ne plus bien fonctionner mécaniquement et j'ai contacté le service client pour savoir si il avait un solution à me proposer pour le réparer ou des modèles pour que je puisse le remplacer. Mais même après que la garantie des pièces détachées soit largement dépassée, ils m'ont envoyé un kit pour le remplacer à leur frais.
Si je dois changer de boitier un jour, c'est le genre d'expérience qui donne envie d'acheter chez Fractal Design

I bought a Fractal case many years ago, and recently a small plastic part got broken. Nothing big, but online there is no replacement part for that anywhere, so I asked the support just for the sake of it...
And guess what, they asked nothing, not even a photo or a purchase receipt (long gone anyway), they just sent me a whole SET of those plastic parts! For free. From Sweden.
10/10 will break parts again
