Je vous en supplie, passez votre chemin. Je ne sais pas comment j'ai fait pour acheter ça, mais sincèrement fuyez. Tout est compliqué pour rien. Les devs sont d'une incompétence absolument PITOYABLE. Aucune ergonomie, rien. Powerpoint est meilleur pour faire du traitement d'image ! Vous arrivez à imaginer ça ??
Alors cherchez des alternatives, Inkscape c'est gratuit, mais plus complexe (car plus complet) donc si vous voulez vraiment aller loin prenez ça, sinon je ne sais pas quoi vous dire. Juste, pas ce truc.

Their uninstaller is a hollow shell—a technical mockery that removes absolutely nothing, forcing the user to perform hours of manual surgery in the Registry Editor to excise a "plague" that sows itself invasively into every corner of the system.

Escalation Notice: Since this software acts like a Trojan horse that refuses to leave the machine, I am currently collecting all technical evidence to formally contact the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) and EU technological regulatory agencies. I demand an audit on how CyberLink hijacks system resources and why they are permitted to operate in European territory using these malware-like practices.

FINAL WARNING: If you value the health of your hardware and your time, DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING from CyberLink. It is a digital cancer that trashes the registry, and its removal is a technical nightmare. It is a total lack of respect for the consumer and a disgrace to the software industry.

Es ist absolut untragbar, dass ein Unternehmen, das sich selbst als „professionell“ bezeichnet, mit der Ethik eines Malware-Entwicklers arbeitet. Nach der Deinstallation ihrer Produkte wurde mein System von tausenden von Rest-Einträgen, alphanumerischem Müll und Geisterbefehlen im Kontextmenü befallen, welche die Leistung und Integrität meiner Windows-Registrierung massiv beeinträchtigen.

Dies ist kein Programmierfehler, sondern eine vorsätzliche parasitäre Strategie. Das Deinstallationsprogramm ist eine leere Hülle – ein technischer Hohn, der absolut nichts entfernt und den Benutzer dazu zwingt, stundenlange manuelle Eingriffe im Registrierungseditor vorzunehmen, um eine „Plage“ auszurotten, die sich invasiv in jeden Winkel des Systems einnistet.

Hinweis zur Eskalation: Da diese Software wie ein Trojanisches Pferd agiert, das sich weigert, den Rechner zu verlassen, sammle ich derzeit alle technischen Beweise, um den Europäischen Datenschutzbeauftragten (EDSB) und die technologischen Regulierungsbehörden der EU formell zu kontaktieren. Beim Start einer Bluray möchte PowerDVD völlig unnötig ein Update machen, welches nur dazu dient Werbung zu platzieren. Wenn man bei Betrachen von Filmen eine Pause macht, stoppt das Programm und man muss den Film mit den ganzen blödsinnigen Einblendungen zu der Urheberrechten und dem Jugendschutz ansehen. Eine absolut Nutzerunfreundliche Software. Ich hoffe es gibt bald eine akzeptable Alternative

Power Director 2026 does not support mp4 conversion to gif, does not open hevc videos, recognizes webm videos as sound. I've bought another video editor and does all these flawlessly. Avoid this scam at all costs. I've wasted my money on this. If i find other issues i will let you know.

Cyberlink video director works most of the time for me but there new features with AI and having to pay out for credits is a money making racket. Not only that but there AI features are crap and out of date, take music creator all it does is make a tune out of what you ask, no inputting your own lyrics, no choosing instruments, no picking models, no picking key changes, no audio to midi, no stem splitting the list goes on and on. They just can't keep up with Suno, moises etc I am thinking of cancelling my subscription soon.

Telephone-Support in Holland claimed no order for my name registered.
However 2 E-Mails / 2 debits from my VISA.
Opened ticket on the cyberlink website with description / E-Mails and screenshot - received the dumbest answer that I should apply for a refund to the support E-Mail. I refused, as I had already lost more than an hour with their f*d-up process.
Told them to do their job -haven't heard back yet.
POWERDVD is excellent, but don't buy it from cyberlink, get it somewhere else!

As everyone else states, this company is maddening and unethical. Customer support ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AND IS USELESS! Products are sub-par given the technology today. Even after I cancelled my annual subscription, they charged me anyway and now, even though they tell me I qualify for a refund, they are doing anything and everything to make the refund process impossible. Every time they give me a hoop to jump through, I jump through it, but that only leads to another hoop. I still have not received acknowledgement of my refund .

Wollte Frisuren KI nutzen, die Website sieht so aus, als könnte man diese kostenlos testen oder nutzen. Das ist aber nicht der Fall, sobald man einen Account angelegt hat, sieht man, dass Cyberlink nur wenige Frisuren anbietet, man keine einzige vorher testen kann sondern dafür ein Abo oder Credits kaufen muss ohne zu verstehen, wie die Credits funktionieren. Ich mag das nicht, wenn man nicht vorher informiert wird, was etwas kostet und wie es funktioniert und wie man es wieder kündigen kann. Zu unklar, nein Danke.

Ich nutze PowerDVD 22 Ultra unter Windows 10 und 11 zum Abspielen von Blu-rays und es funktioniert absolut reibungslos, ganz ohne ein zusätzliches kostenpflichtiges Upgrade. Beim Umstieg auf Windows 11 wurde die Installation inklusive Lizenzschlüssel problemlos übernommen. Alternativ lässt sich der Key auch bequem über den Online-Account lösen und neu eingeben, falls man das System neu aufsetzt.
Ich hatte bislang keinen einzigen Absturz oder sonstige Probleme. Für alle anderen Videoformate verwende ich VLC, aber beim Thema Blu-ray bleibt PowerDVD für mich klar erste Wahl.

Abonné à leur site en ligne MyEdit et au logiciel PhotoDirector. D'une manière générale, si vous êtes un pro de l'image ou exigeant sur la qualité, fuyez !! Cyberlink est juste une société commerciale qui préfère créer des produits gadgets pour amuser les enfants et les grands-mères. Leur algorythme IA a un degré de censure inouï et ils ne sont pas à l'écoute de leurs clients. Complètement nuls !

I subscribed the MyEdit but found it is very difficult to use,so I asked for refund immediately. the CyberLink agreed with my request, but now, i never get my refund,the case happened for a month and a half. I try to contact with the customer service, and just get a robot reply everytime.

Wird immer der Hinweis gezeigt "Power DVD unterstützt dieses Format nicht, bitte auf Power DVD 24 upgraden um alle Funktionen nutzen zu können", obwohl ich Power DVD 24 benutzt habe. Seit Jahren und etlichen Versionen nur Probleme mit Power DVD! Dieser Schrott ist einfach für die Tonne - Hände davon lassen!

Habe heute die kostenlose Testversion heruntergeladen, mit der man angeblich einfach und schnell Bewerbungsfotos überarbeiten kann.

Fazit:

Testversion funktioniert nicht, dafür wird man ständig darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass man die kostenpflichtige Premium-Version wählen könnte.

Horrible experience with PowerDirector365 as well as terrible customer support. They make sure it is almost impossible to get a refund. Not sure how this is not illegal. Software sucks compared to Adobe PremierePro and costs almost as much. Huge waste of my time. Now to see if I get my refund or I have to report them.
