They keep on calling and texting after I tell them that I'm not interested in their updates, so I got mad and asked them if they can remove my account and they have yet to do it.

Foyr has allowed me to take my Edesign business to the next level. My clients appreciate the highly realistic renderings that I create from this software, and I love how easy it was to learn and get started. I especially love the 360° walkthrough feature, which allows me to show my clients their new space as if they are standing in the room, as well as the custom modeling feature, which allows me to show them exact models of their furniture items.

I have been charged $79 for a subscription that I wasn't even aware of, I have contact them by email in the 1st day after being charged and they refuse to refund me.

UPDATE: After few e-mails , I had to message the co-founder to help with my simple request and he managed to initiate my refund.

Foyr Neo wrote: "Since it's a company policy ..., we don't generally issue refunds"

Time Saver!
Neo has saved a lot of time by helping me create beautiful 3D renders for my clients in half the time. Love how they have a huge product library from where I can simply drag and drop the objects to my projects ! I don't think I am ever going back to my old software.

Love Foyr Neo for being so simple and easy to use!
It has been 3 months for me using the software and its very user friendly for a beginner like me and I absolutely love the quality of renders.

Total scam. I accidentally signed up for a yearly plan and when I tried to change to a monthly plan, it would not allow me to change it. When I reached out to the company to change the plan to monthly so I could pay for the first month. They said it was overdue (by 2 days) and I was obligated to pay for the full year! It was overdue because the software would not allow me to change to monthly! I have never, ever had an online company strong arm me into paying for a year after free trial!

Really helpful for making 3D renders to show clients! Especially because of e-design needs due to the pandemic

I have been using Foyr for over a year and have been loving it ever since! It is so easy to use and the quality of the renders are phenomenal. The photo-realistic renders have driven my business to new clients. Foyr is constantly updating and making the experience easier to their users. It's truly a fun program to use and I always look forward to using it! It has made my life so much easier!

I've tried other 3D rendering software, and Foyr Neo is by far the easiest and fastest to learn. I've gotten responses from their team whenever I've submitted a question, and they've taken my feedback and suggestions under consideration to improve the accuracy of the software. The renderings are a great tool for presenting my ideas to design clients.

My students and I are pleased with the Neo Design software. The Foyr team has been great at providing our design students with Technical support, demonstrations, and collecting feedback. They have offered a special rate for students that has encouraged them to use the software. It is an innovative and wonderful rendering software.

Foyr is simply the best tool on the market for both interior designers and furniture brands. I've looked at all of them and kicked plenty of tires. Foyr is best in class and designers, architects and brands are too busy fool around with second tier tools. Foyr's team really gets it and has built something that works well for all the stakeholders.

I love how well thought out this platform is. It's a great asset to designers.

Foyr Neo has been so helpful for me as I do a home renovation project. I'm not a professional designer so I don't have a good eye for seeing what a space will look like, so I appreciate the easy visualization capabilities of Neo to help me!

I suspended my subscription, but they kept charging me the subscription.

I have been using Foyr for 8 months now and will never use another software. The software is intuitive & and for any area where I was lost the customer support was swift & exceptionally helpful. I have been able to build a full portfolio for my styling/staging business and the 3D photorealistic renders are beautiful!

Foyr Neo has been a great experience for me! I’ve used software programs for Interior Design for over 6 years now and this program by far is the easiest and produces the highest quality renderings. It is superbly efficient! I can’t wait to see what this software continues to grow into.

However, I find Neo an excellent alternative to most software being used for space planning and rendering. Horrible marketing stratergy by these jokers. As soon as i signed up, i kept getting several emails, and phone calls and text messges asking me to allow them to show me a demo, or introduce the software etc.

For a seasoned professional like myself or for a new use, one must be allowed some time to play with the software before being force fed the software.

The software itself is not all that great to be honest. Google sketch up and Blender are far more superior - and not to mention they are FREE!!
