Penalised for using their site how they intended

Having a big win, then taking over a week for the funds to be withdrawn, sat in "processing" not providing me with any update. After constantly chasing, the funds were finally processed.
2nd big win, and had my withdrawal cancelled and balance "confiscated" due to breaching "bonus T&C's" and betting over 5 EUR. Pretty certain I didn't, then when speaking to live support, stating that I operated within the casinos parameters, they kept repeating the same thing, and closed the conversation. If you play on any other casino, if there are restrictions on bonus funds, it stops you placing that bet. Not here, they let you do what you want, and then when you can try and withdraw, the cancel it and take your balance off you.

You can tell at every point they will do everything they can to not payout. Whether it's delaying the process by a week, hoping you cancel the withdrawal and lose the balance, or try and site some T&C's at you, when all you did was place bets exactly how their own website let you place bets.

Awaiting a response on to when I apparently breached these terms. But think it's ridiculous that I was able to place bets on their site, then when threatened with a withdrawal, they cancel the whole thing.

I have played on many many online casino's before, and this has never ever been an issue. Red flags all over. Great site if you want to play slots. Awful site if you want to try and withdraw any winnings.

Never had my free spins 45 Total so I'm banning all communication with. Company. Only got online with site after free spins. Games are terrible no choice.so my saying spend money on yourself. Buy something of temu or wish. Or treat yourself. Most gambling companies bother me but I'm 59 years old this year. More wiser and don't want to waste money. Fed up with time wasting money wasting companies more for younger people. Who believe they can win. Not for me who has been round the block a bit.

Poor customer service,
I winning some of money and they don't want pay back , i contact with them so many times and no explanation, agents can't help me , always when I contact with agents they sad difference explanation,
I send many emails and support time didn't reply, one of team member reply to my previous negative review and nothing ,no reply ,no help.

The worst casino so far I won 3800euro and I did receive email that the withdrawal is processed and money will arrive shortly depending on my payment method,after few days I did text them how long it will take and they said that the withdrawal is cancelled as I bet over 5 EUR bet and I didn't ,so don't even deposit your money guys

Unfortunately, I won €3,300 from this casino. While I did eventually receive the money, I would not recommend this casino for the following reasons:

Poor communication: The only options for support are live chat and email, which makes it difficult to get contact and clear responses.

Slow withdrawals: The withdrawal process takes far too long.

At first, I was worried I would lose all my winnings and wouldn’t be able to withdraw the money, especially after reading so many negative reviews. However, I was fortunate that my withdrawal went through successfully in the end.

I advise you to play at your own risk. Before choosing an online casino, make sure to check the reviews first. Otherwise, you might end up feeling stressed, watching your money appear as a number on their website with no control over it.

it started good, but after a week of waiting, I can't get it through my head

the first time I played I won 2000 euro's!! which is great, the withdrawal was successful and I got an email the next day by a company called Skyhills that the payment was coming my way. 7 days later, I tried emailing them back on the same address and I was told the email did not exist any longer. still waiting, I contacted customer support on their website. from the start this conversation seemed very hostile and i got messages saying "the funds were confiscated due to breach of our terms and conditions" and "You made bets above 5 euro, you should be able to track your bets and find the exact bet" I did and the bet was 20 cents. After these messages the person on the other side did not respond to my question: were the proof was, and closed the conversation. now is lost 200 euro and al of the funds I won are gone. do not give your money to them!!! it is a waist of time, money, your mental health.

the only reason you and everyone else are getting bonuses is because they can hide behind them, and tell you that you did not play in line with there terms and conditions afterwards. Again, no proof, no money, waist of your time.

I have played and deposited for many times. When i won 1400 euro so they find out some like , that i have put a bet of 5 euro which they dont have a evidence of it. They canceled my withdrawal. I think lets go together to their licenceprovider GCB and lets hurt for them. This is real cheat. We play for real money and nobody wants to burn money away.

I have played a couple of weekend on this casino, and about 2 weekend i won and wanted to get a whitdrawl of 4000€

I has doing all right, play whit my own money, i was verifyed, all was legit!

BUT they have cloesd down my account and The cant say why, i have wating for my money for 2 week, and I cannot log in

If they fix this and its just a computer problem that can be fixed, i will take down this bad rating. Let see if i get unlocked and getting my whitdraul.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I first played and won €3398 so I withdrew it completed all my checks was contacting live chat daily to be told they can't give a time frame. 5 days later! Yes 5! My withdrawal was cancelled and they took €1399 back from me and emailed and said this was bonus money and I was not allowed to withdraw that! Absolutely fumin to say the least so i now have withdrawn €2000 and of course it's still pending! They are finding every excuse in the book not to send me my withdrawal scammed at its worst! I've emailed and spoke to online chat everyday and nobody is any help everyone just keeps passing the book and when I ask to speak to a manager they tell me there's not one available! What kind of site does not have a manager! If i could give this any less stars I would im disgusted at how I've been treated.

I will of course update as we go through the process of me not getting my withdrawal!

I won 740 euros on my first deposit and withdrew it took 3 days for them to approve withdrawal then very next day was sent an email saying they reviewed my gameplay and I was supposedly betting higher than 5 euros with bonus funds (which i wasn't and have proof ) to then be told they are cancelling my winnings so have received no funds !! They are obs conning people out of money and winnings and should be shut down immediately i will be seeking legal advice as they are stealing people's money /update I had a response and conveniently they can't find my account and haven't resolved the issue stay clear of these frauds they don't pay out when they should and deny accountability when they steal your money

Withdraw / Identification Issues

Good selection of Games. Withdrawn the first time just fine, this time I need to verify, however the automation for it isn’t coming up, been dealing with this for 5 days now and just want my withdrawal, customer support just escalating the case but not a lot seems to be getting done, will update my review if anything changes

The worst live chat ever

This casino simply has the worst live chat ever. I inquired why I was charged 1 euro extra for my deposit, without any notice at any point during the process of depositing. First they make you wait 10 minutes and then the chat just closes without talking to someone. On my next attempt, they make me wait 20 minutes before connecting, next they don't want to admit their mistakes and keep repeating the same bullshit over and over. In the end they simply say that the conversation is going in circles, which is what they are doing by ignoring the issue, and they close the chat, so I have to start all over again.
