The best shop for Eurorack. Huge range. Love the shop, I'm impressed that Found Sound also sell pre loved gear too and I think that really contributes a lot to our Eurorack music making culture here in Australia.
Found Sound, imho, is the best shop in Australia for Eurorack and synths.

Bought a guitar from Found Sound. It was shipped to me in USA faster than I’ve gotten some things shipped locally, and in perfect condition. Great communication, easy check out, careful shipping. Couldn’t ask for a better experience than the one I had buying here.

Great guys, great prices and great customer service. I have been a happy customer of Found Sound for over a decade. I have received great customer service when I have sold my goods on consignment, and when I have purchased used equipment and guitars. I have always been treated with kindness and consideration. I have been given gig bags for the guitars I bought to make it easier for me to get them home by public transport. I have been supplied Allen keys so that I can carry out my own adjustments and set up the guitars to my liking.
Lewis and his staff at Found Sound are very knowledgeable and helpful and go that bit extra in providing good customer service. Most recently I have been impressed with the excellent after sales customer support I have been given. I bought a used electric guitar and took it home without trying it through an amplifier at the store, unfortunately I found that there was a fault with the switching. I mentioned this in an email to Found Sound. I immediately received a reply from Gab advising me to bring in the guitar to have it repaired by John the in-house luthier. I also received after hours emails from Thommy and Lewis. It was very kind of them. I left my guitar with Found Sound at 2 pm on January 30 and received an email from Lewis at 6.19 pm advising me that my guitar had been repaired and was ready for collection. I picked it up the next day and was delighted that it had been so promptly and expertly repaired. Many thanks to Lewis and his staff at Found Sound. Vlad Szkolar

Excellent experience. Got a limited edition MiJ Strat XII on back order. The guys were friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Absolutely no hassles at all and definitely recommend.

Foundsound imported a new Eastwood OM-150 for me. They handled the ordering, import, customs, etc and finally shipping to me. The whole process took a long time due to stock shortages and other issues at Eastwood but Lewis and the team stuck with it and here I am with my excellent new guitar!

Excellent customer service. Prompt processing of orders, responsive and always willing to engage. Never thought I'd be taking the Eurorack Modular plunge, but the Morphagene finally won me over. So glad I had a very pleasant experience at Found Sound in purchasing my first module......and I will no doubt be purchasing more. Aside from the customer service, I have to also say the website is one of the main reasons I had such a positive experience. It is technically informative, succinct & very easy to navigate, which is a huge relief.
