After 2 months...

Ive been using Fotello for about 2 months now, first month i paid the $1000 then moved to $500 a month for the second month. In this time, i have noticed that the interior images are fantastic. I love them! Clean and wonderfully edited. Exterior images: I might as well throw every drone image out! Terrible exterior editing. Poor coloring. Very flat. all around UNUSABLE!!
Id give 5 stars for the interior photos all day and give -2 stars for the for the exterior images.

Great platform

Great platform, really did an amazing job with my HDR bracketed images, colours were excellent, saved so much work in my busy schedule. I did have to get revisions done on some images and the human assistants were really quick and helpful, top notch service. Really happy and so is the client.

This is actually a really great company…

This is actually a really great company to use as a photographer. I am extremely impressed with their extensive services, quality of edits, and with how easy the platform is to use. I highly recommend any aspiring real estate media professional to explore what Fotello has to offer.

Sales support: Great. Tech support: Non-existent.

I did a soft test of their services and originally liked what I saw. The sales support was very fast and helped me decide what plan was best for me. Edits were fast and pretty good. I was ready to start using this platform with real client work so I connected Fotello to my Stripe account.

I changed my email address on Stripe which apparently broke the connection with Fotello. But I couldn't see anything on their page to reestablish a connection. The payment settings page just loaded to a blank page.

I sent a message to support and ran around in circles with the AI chat. I did all of the troubleshooting suggested and the page still did not load. The chat said it would notify the team and I'd get a response soon. As of this writing, it's been a week and no human has responded to it. They advertise 24/7 support chat but that probably means AI and not a human.

That was enough for me to cancel. What if I have a problem delivering a real estate shoot where a client expects 24 hour delivery? I'd lose business.

Upon cancelling, I received an automatic email asking for my experience and why I canceled. It said every response is personally reviewed so I shared my experience. No response. No attempt there either to rectify the issue there either.

When you're running a business, you can't wait a week or more for a support response. Support is just as important as sales. Don't bait and switch.

Update: I did receive a response from management who apologized for not receiving a reply, but wasn't able to determine why their chat system never connected me to a live person. My issue was fixed by tech support. I am still evaluating their system but have changed my rating to reflect the response.

I was subscribing to this service and…

UPDATE:
I was getting a refund for those listing that I could not use.

I was subscribing to this service and paid 100 dollars per month for 5 listings/months . It worked ok. It has potential but is not there yet. The editing is not consistent and it works some times but definitely not all the time. That's why I was quitting my subscription. When I was quitting I hade 9 listings left and I asked if I could still use them even if I wa canceling my subscription and then the customer support said that I could use them for up to a year. Now I got scammed on 9 listings with is around 200 dollars. So I paid for 200 dollars for nothing.. If you want to save yourself from some headache do not use this app. The customs suport is slow and not helpful.

Paid for listings but forced to keep paying to use them

I paid for listings expecting to be able to use them when needed. What I discovered later is that those listings remain accessible only if the account stays on an active paid plan.

Even though my dashboard still showed my previous plan as active until a specific date, I was required to activate another plan just to continue processing photos. This made it extremely confusing to understand which plan was actually controlling the account.

The billing structure is difficult to follow: downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, Essential has a minimum monthly charge, and unused listings only remain usable while the account stays on an active plan. From a user perspective, this creates the feeling that you must keep paying in order to use what you already bought.

The platform itself may work technically, but the subscription and billing logic are not transparent and make it hard to trust the system.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend the service.
