Be very careful with this company

Be very careful with this company. Make sure you READ everything they require you to sign. DON'T take the salesman at his word. They will lie to you. Pity, because their customer service is very good, the platform is strong, (very few problems) and the fees are reasonable.

I keep getting a PCI non compliance fee charge even though I am compliant. Going to switch to a more reliable processor.

I was sent to Fortis by my Point of…

I was sent to Fortis by my Point of Sale team. Jim Gustafson went out of his way to help me get set up. Fortis has integrated perfectly with my system and their support team was great. I had a couple of issues running some cards and when I called, they had the problem solved in no time.

They have the craziest highest fees…

They have the craziest highest fees I've ever seen for a service I wasn't even using! Ill never use them ever again! I saved about 200 dollars a month by switching to signa pay!

Poor Customer Service

Called multiple times to get my terminal reprogrammed for pin numbers. Still won't work. Probably should choose another company to go with. Don't remember the dates.

Information never received

I spoke to a very nice agent who took all my information and told me I would be receiving information via my email either the date of my call or the next day. I guess it’s not his fault b utt nothing was ever received. He was coordinating with another area.

Horrible Tech support...

Horrible Tech support.... Almost 2 hours on the phones.. being referred to 2 different subsidiary companies. Fortis kept me on hold for 40min before hanging up... Called back after some more hold time, talked to some other rep and the Terminal is still malfunctioning and not taking debit transactions... They said they will follow back with me and never did so far... Been with them since 2020... Horrible!
