Prompt delivery, great variety of stock available, my poodle cross is a 'mature lady' and is benefiting from the pates ,great variety of flavours, she also enjoys the natural treats selections from the 'country hunter' range, full of healthy ingredients. Would highly recommend this pet store.

Hi Paul, I'm very sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet, its a shame you didn't contact us directly to enquire about your order before giving us a 1 star review.
You placed your order on Wednesday 1st June and selected Standard Service at checkout which is 1-2 day dispatch, your order was dispatched the very same day.
Thursday 2nd June and Friday 3rd June were both Bank Holidays and our Standard Delivery time of 2-4 days does not include bank holidays or weekends.
Your tracking shows it arrived at your local delivery depot on Monday 6th which is the 1st working day since you placed your order last Wednesday. Now in fairness Parcelforce should probably have attempted delivery today, but unfortunately due to current staff shortages across the UK many companies are experiencing there is sometimes a delay of 1-2 days which is why we state our delivery as 2-4 days to allow for these problems.
I will personally keep an eye on your tracking for you tomorrow and contact you directly if there are any issues but looking at it this evening I believe it should be out for delivery tomorrow.
Update: Order was delivered Thursday 9th June, 4 working days since the order was placed. Please consider changing your review to better reflect the service received :)
