Excellent range of products and professional, prompt service. A lot of products I was interested in weren't in stock, hopefully that can be resolved soon. Otherwise the food is great quality and I'll be buying again.

Hi Lin, we replied to your email yesterday to let you know you hadnt provided us with a full delivery address for your order, hence why the order was returned to us as Royal Mail were unable to deliver to the partial address provided.
I asked in the email if you wanted us to resend or refund the order but I have not had a reply from yourself, please reply and let us know how you would like us to proceed?
Our number one priority is customer satisfaction so we are very dissapointed you have chosen to leave us a One Star review instead of allowing us to fix the problem.

Quality food which my dogs loved
Quality food which my dogs loved. As they prefer having raw foods that are chunky and not mushy. Very impressed and my dogs loved the food.

Although the order didn’t go smoothly…
Although the order didn’t go smoothly as they did not have what I needed in stock, the PR was absolutely amazing. They kept in touch with me every step of the way, letting me know what was happening. They also sent me a complimentary bag of cat biscuits to keep the kitties going until my order arrived. Brilliant service
