I accidentally ordered socks in a size Large and realized it before shipment. I understand if they weren’t able to fix the shipment but they wouldn’t even let me exchange them for the right size. They hadn’t even left the warehouse. It is crazy that a company with their prices doesn’t have more customer friendly policies. Never ordering from them again!

As a professional basketball player, I’m always looking for ways to support my body beyond training. I’ve been wearing Forme for a while now, and I’ve noticed that it helps me stay more aware of my posture throughout the day. It feels supportive without being uncomfortable, and I love how easy it is to incorporate into my daily routine. Recovery is a big part of performance, and this has become one of the tools I rely on. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a posture-correcting sports bra (~$175) and added socks to hit a discount threshold. The bra chafed badly under the arms. Support's first response was to ask for photos proving the tags were still attached, then send a generic YouTube video on "stretching out" the arm holes which is not helpful when you can't return an item once it's been worn without tags.
I found a version with larger arm holes on their site and asked to exchange the original bra and also return the unopened socks. I was told the socks were non-refundable which is a policy buried in fine print, not disclosed at checkout or in the cart. Then they tried to charge an extra $9 for the exchange due to a price difference, which they eventually waived after I complained.
I shipped the original bra back via FedEx. Weeks passed with no refund and no replacement. After three follow-up emails, support's excuse was that they couldn't process anything until FedEx "delivered" the package, even though it had already been scanned in and they were the shipper of record, meaning it was on them, not me, once it was in FedEx's hands.
Eventually they refunded $161, but never refunded the socks or the original shipping, leaving me out $45+ for an item I only bought to unlock a discount on a defective product. Slow, unclear return policies, unhelpful support, and a refund process that took multiple follow-ups to resolve. Would never order from them again.

Forme has really helped my posture especially when it come to recovering on off days and long road trips!

For the last month, I have been wearing my Forme products. I have the whole set which includes: the Power bra, biker shorts, t-shirt, and ankle socks. I loved the fit of the items, it is made from very comfortable, breathable, and good quality material. When putting on the Power bra, I immediately felt my posture improve! The bra does a great job of pulling back my shoulders, which results in straightening my back. The shirt, shorts, and ankles socks fit very comfortable as well. This set is so cute and comfy that I would wear it everywhere: traveling, lounging around at home, and working out. It even comes with a Forme tote bag that makes carrying the items super easy, especially when traveling or running simple everyday errands! Overall I really enjoyed my products and how it impacts my body and overall posture. Forme is something I will definitely continue to incorporate in my everyday life. I can’t wait to push more items in different colors!

This product didn’t fit correctly for me. Returning it was assisted by a real answer from very helpful people who actually did it for me!
Unheard of help from customer assistance. All humans ! No stupid AI.

Love these socks, the compression feels great

I have two Power Plus bras, two short-sleeve shirts, one long-sleeve shirt, one pair of shorts, and one pair of leggings. I absolutely love the fit and feel of them. I’ve had them for over a year now, and I truly feel they have helped me stand straighter.
The reason I invested in this brand was to help change my habit of slouching. To me, good posture makes such a difference because slouching does not exude confidence. These pieces have helped me feel more supported, comfortable, and confident in my body.

I’ve been really enjoying my experience with Forme so far. The quality feels great and the product is comfortable to wear throughout the day. I also like that it fits easily into my routine without feeling restrictive. Overall, a positive experience and I’d recommend giving it a try.

These are super supportive. I can tell after a workout how much they have helped my feet recover especially after a pvolve fitness class where we stand and do a lot of balancing or weighted balancing. Highly recommend. Cotton is high quality!

the revive bra has seriously changed my life! my posture is better than ever, plus I have less tension in my shoulders, back & neck. I definitely need another one so I can alternate washing & wearing them each day.

I have the arch booster socks, size medium (I’m a size 10 in women’s) & am prone to plantar fasciitis as well as foot and ankle pain with a lot of walking. The fit of these is so comfortable that I could just wear them around the house but supportive enough for long walks. So happy about it these!

Wonderful service and products- ordered from Hong Kong few times already. My posture score was 43 with neck stiffness and foot pain. After 1 month of wearing Forme score became 68, and neck symptoms subsided after 2 weeks.

My initial posture score was 38 and 65 after 6 weeks in Formě. Hope to improve in 4-6 weeks.

My posture score started 35 now 75 after 2 months in Forme.

Absolutely incredible. Pay a lot of money for arch inserts in my running shoes. But now, that is totally unnecessary! These socks are game changers was it.

Returns are impossible. I read about this in reviews so ordered through Macy's to avoid the company. I spent hours on the issue - many hours. I started my return the day I got two tops after trying one on. I finally got a form that that amount to absolutely nothing stating they released the money. Macy's said they never got such a refund. The paper looked like it was done on Word. I would never do business with the "company."
