Always smells amazing! The owners are always so happy to help and advise.
The French soaps and the teas are a fave of mine. Proper loose tea and a loyalty scheme for it. Brilliant!
Great selection! Worth a look everytime ! Stock changes .
Nice little shop but with non-existent customer service. I was in there browsing for 10 minutes or so and four other people came in during that time. Not once did the man behind the sales counter look up from his laptop and say 'Good morning' or 'Can I help you?' or 'Are you looking for anything in particular?'. Total silence.

We’d like to share that the staff member you encountered is autistic so social interaction can sometimes be a challenge. That said, we’re actively working on ways to ensure all our customers feel more welcomed and supported, regardless of who is on duty.
We really do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll consider visiting us again so we can offer a more positive and engaging experience.
I ordered some tea caddies for my wife. Unfortunately, one of the patterns I’d ordered was out of stock. I received a call asking if it would be ok if they sent a different pattern, which I accepted. When I received my order, they had included a free gift for the inconvenience. Excellent service.

I'm glad I took a wander up Swans Yard to see what was up there! With Christmas around the corner, I popped in and managed to find some really nice bits to tick a few off the christmas list.
Great range of products, really friendly and helpful staff.

They have a lovely range of eco products to choose from and some things that you wouldn’t normally find in other eco shops which is exciting! I especially like their coasters.
