Received my 2 candles today for Christmas gifts for my mother and Mother in law, I open the box the wax was completely separated from the glasses they were in, looks like it was poured in a rush and just thrown in the box with no care at all. I immediately sent an email to customer support, still waiting for a response.

Bought 6 candles for Christmas presents and 3 arrived broken. Contacted customer service and got a random generated email back and then ghosted. Have emailed them over 10 times on various platforms but they refuse to answer. Going to try to claim fraud with my cc company. Very shady so beware

Order sent to wrong address
I ordered 2 candles that went to an address I have not lived at for 9 years. I have no idea how the address even got put in. The billing address is my current address and it was not sent there. I have tried to email the company 4 times both through the website and the confirmation email and have not received a reply.

I am a first time buyer
I am a first time buyer, and some of my candles arrived broken. I understand we do not want to be inconvenienced in life, but in the end things happen and customer service is everything. Forever Wick did everything beautifully on their part, the issue occurred during shipping. When I reached out I experienced the best customer service, and the situation was rectified as quickly as one could have hoped. Now that I know how well they smell I will be purchasing more in the future.
